It's actually pretty nice, though I notice one of the Magcargo's hover text says "Pinkie Pie". Simple and cute~ 8/10

It's simple, but that's better than too crowded. You used Times New Roman (or at least it comes up like that on my computer) which, imo, is a very boring font. But it's quite nice. :D 6.5/10

The colours are bright and Rarity's amazing. Buuuuut the only thing I could suggest is changing the letter-spacing so that the text length matches the width of the image. But 9/10~

9.8/10. Has a lot of detail and information without being cluttered, the colors match very well, the art is gorgeous. It manages to look very simple while still telling you more than most signatures do. The .2 was taken off because it's a bit less impressive when you didn't make it yourself. :P
