i am trying to get a tympole with water absorb in pokemon black, ik dream world is out so,how can i get it

Moved this over to Previous Generations.
Cannot do much with Dream World down, as you said. Requires either trading with someone or hacking one in. Was not one of the Pokemon in Black 2/White 2's Hidden Grottos, unfortunately. Makes it difficult to find a legitimate one.
