I have heard Celebi be described as this before, so I'm going for that choice.
I had to think about it for a good while and even now, I'm not sure but Hydreigon
After playing SWSH, I know that it must be Toxtricity
Vulpix comes to mind for this one.
Is it Garchomp or any of its evos? Or maybe Dratini/Dragonair?
My favorite is yellow, round and electrifying!

Nope, not Dragonite. It is from Kanto tho. Your favourite is Pikachu and Corviknight. You said it in your intro thread hehe. But since Corviknight isn't round, yellow or electrifying, it must be Pikachu!
