[Tool] I can't seem to find any working version of BSP

Like the title, can somebody please give a link to a working BSP?

Every single one I found always has an issue, between missing commands and other files to not working at all.

I tried using it on a clean rom but to avail, let alone the MrDS patch which I want to use as a base.

So yeah, a working BSP be nice.
