Basically state a mon, trainer, or item doing or having something that they don't normally have and the user below will give a weird or funny explanation to why. No rules here except for don't use 'it's a regional form' as an answer unless you really can't think of anything.

Probably because they keep saying they'd make a new recovery move TM but never got around to it, and the shops just boosted sales just in case they eventually do it.
