Update #2
- I helped Bill out.
- I got the Cascade Badge from Misty.
- I got to Vermillion City and I boarded the SS. Anne
- I fought all the trainers on the SS. Anne and I got Cut.
- I used Rattata as my Cut slave.
- I got the Thunder Badge from Lt. Surge.
- I caught some Pokémon and I got to Route 2 via Diglett's cave to get Flash.
- I used Bellsprout as my Flash slave.
- I caught a Voltorb and I named it ShockRoll.
- I got through Rock Tunnel, Voltorb evolved there.
- I got to Lavender Town and I fought my rival and all the channelers in the Pokémon Tower.
- I got to Celadon City and I got an Eevee, which I called VoltRunner.
- I bought 2 Thunderstones and I evolved Pikachu and Eevee.
- I played the crap out the slot machine in the Game Corner.
- I defeated Giovanni in the Rocket Hideout and I got the Silph Scope.
- I got the Rainbow Badge.
- I got to Lavender Town again and saved Mr. Fuji.
- I got the Poké Flute.

Ok another update on my Soul Silver Poison type run. Having caught Oddish I trained my team to lvl 17 and managed a fairly easy win against Bugsy. (Zubat went hog wild with Wing Attack). I then faced off with my rival Orexus. My Zubat beat his Gastly with Bite. Then his Zubat tangled with my Gastly and my Gastly's Lick paralyzed it enough for Night Shade to finish it. Then Oddish beat his Bayleef with repeated Acid attacks. After I got through Ilex Forest I went north to the National Park for the Bug catching contest and caught a Venonat. Then came Whitney... I love to hate her. I sent out Venonat (lvl 19 by this point) against Clefairy. Venonat got Poison Powder off before Clefairy used Metronome which came out as Blast Burn. Venonat had 9 hp after that (thank the Poké gods for the recharge) I used a Super Potion. I then used Confusion it used mimic to learn Confusion. Then it nearly killed my Venonat with Rollout (bloody Metronome again) before my Venonat finished it off. Then came the Miltank. Long story short Oddish, Venonat, and Zubat got flattened by rollout. This left Gastly... I thought I was done for but a combo of Confuse Ray and the Poison Powder Venonat got off ended up killing it. I then went north trounced Sudowoodo causing Oddish to evolve into Gloom. I then passed through Ecruteak to grab the Good Rod at Olivine. I then made my way back to Route 32 and caught a Qwilfish. Then returned to Ecruteak and trounced my rival, Venonat Vs Gastly, Zubat Vs Qwilfish, Bayleef Vs Zubat. After beating my rival Zubat evolved into Golbat. I then caught a Koffing and got healed before training in the gym. After beating the Jr. Trainers there my Golbat leveled once before evolving again into Crobat. Now just training for Morty. I appologize for the super lengthy update this time.

pokemon red update one:
-Obtained starter of squirtle
-caught a rattata lvl 3 and called it node
-put starter into the pc and started to train node
-trained node to lvl 9 then caught a spearow lvl 5 called beak

i know that this is my third post in a row but nobody is posting and im making progress on my monotype run

-set off and beat all trainers after brocks gym team are now lvl: NODE lvl 15 and BEAK lvl 13
-trained up before entering mt moon and now my team is: NODE lvl 16 and BEAK lvl 16.

Sapphire Dragon Monotype Final Update:

Cleared Team Aqua from the weather institute
Defeated Winona, getting my 6th badge
Defeated Team Aqua in their hideout, but Archie got away
Defeated Liza and Tate, getting my 7th gym badge
Defeated Archie at Seafloor Cavern
Trained Steve and Yarggh to LVL 50, evolving Steve to Salamence
Defeated Kyogre
Defeated Wallace with Flinch-hacks from Steve's Headbutt
Defeated Wally on Victory Road
Trained Steve and Yarggh to LVL 60 for the Elite Four
Got a few extra TMs to increase power
Elite 4 - took a few tries to get past Glacia, but was overall easy
-Defeated Sidney using Brick Break and Aerial Ace (On the Grass Types)
-Defeated Phoebe mostly using Crunch
-Defeated Glacia using Brick Break
-Defeated Drake with Ice Beam and Dragon Claw
-Defeated Steven with minor difficulties due to lack of PP on Dragon Claw and Brick Break

Big update day!

First of all, I've made my way to Cianwood Town in Heart Gold, Bug Monotype. About to face the Gym Leader.

Scyther Lv. 22 - Wing Attack, Agility, Headbutt, Pursuit
Yanma Lv. 23 - Headbutt, Detect, U-Turn, Supersonic
Pinsir Lv. 23 - Headbutt, Revenge, Bind, Brick Break
Ariados Lv. 23 - Poison Sting, Leech Life, Shadow Sneak, Fury Swipes
Heracross Lv. 23 - Brick Break, Headbutt, Aerial Ace, Strength
Totodile Lv. 6 - HM Slave for Cut and Surf

I've started my Dark Monotype, got three badges, and I'm now in Veilstone City.

Murkrow Lv. 33 - Wing Attack, Pursuit, Steel Wing, Payback
Eevee Lv. 34 - Return, Bite, Sand-Attack, Quick Attack

Also, I got my first Gym badge in Yellow, Poison Monotype. In the midst of Mt. Moon.

big and final update for kanto stage of ultimate normal monotype run
-beat koga but yet agina forgot to screenshot (ps i am really not with it today)
-caught LOADE my snorlax lvl 30 and taught him surf which was lucky
-battled rival in silph co. and won
-beat giovanni again and recived masterball
-battled sabrina and won
-beat the final gyms and then i trained for the elite four
-beat e4 and rival first try
