Hi, total noob here,

Looking to edit Fire Red, no idea where to start.
I tried karatekid552s Pok?mon Gen III Rom Hacking Suite thread but I can't see anything in it, not sure if that's even the most up to date version since it looks like it was last edited in 2014

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
