Sappy 2006 mod was originally designed to work on Windows 98.
Up to mod 12, it worked on Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0.
However, since the MSScript.ocx of the component necessary for the installer of sappy 2006 is not included,
Many people would not have been able to get it to work well.
So I tried to create an installer containing MSScript.ocx.
Since mod 13 and later it supports multi-lingual support only in Windows 2000 and later.
Please manually replace sappy.exe of MOD12 after installing sappy 2006.
