Pack searching of Pokemon cards

I'm very frustrated when I buy packs of Pokemon and I don't seem to get Mega or Gx or Ex or secret rare cards. Did you know that some people may be searching Pokemon packs for these cards? Card companies may be able to prevent pack searching by putting decoy or dummy cards in every pack. Let's help make card collecting fun for everyone again.
