Dante

Dante was reflecting on the events that was happening as he walked away from his aunt. He then saw what looked like a fight going on and Dante started to head in that direction. When getting near the group, Dante recognized at least to people to be Valorie and Selene.

"Hey, whats going on here?", Dante asked as he approached the group.

It wasn't as if Dante knew what was happening, it was as if Dante wanted to know what is how it happened.

Burgh

Burgh smiled.

"Oh it's quite alright,I love eeveelutions!" Burgh playfullypatted the glaceons head.

"My name young lady, is Burgh Agnak of Castelia city. Perhaps you've heard of me, or perhaps not. I'm the newly hired bug-specialist and innovative battle strategy teacher at the academy." Burgh explained.

Burgh thought about what the girl had said and snapped to attention.

"They took your cane?!" Burgh wasshocked and appaled.

"Thats just not right!" He gently helped the girl up.

"C'mon, we're going to go and get that cane back and I'm going to complain!" Burgh was about to drag the girl off when he stopped momentarily.

"But I've forgotten my manners! My dear whats your name?" Burgh asked.

Snype

Snype grinned and took Thyme's hand. He honestly didn't know anything fancy about dancing himself but that never stopped him from doing anything. He would just take examples from the students around him and work it out from there. Snype moved up a little and held Thyme close, one arm on her back and another holding her hand and began to dance with her. Snype leaned his head forward and whispered into Thyme's ear.

"Hehe... sorry if today hasn't been the greatest... is it weird if I feel guilty in some way? Maybe it's a guy thing... I'm sorry if I've done anything stupid today... I'm just trying to look after you...because I really do care for you Thyme." Snype said.

Thyme

Thyme was dancing with Snype, and she was glad for that. Her troubles seemed pretty distant for the moment. She smiled and shook her head. Snype was so strange. Why was he feeling guilty? She was the one that had caused most of her troubles right now. After all, it had been her that had convinced Snype to sneak er out in the first place.

"Snype. Just shut up. Nothing that's happened here has been your fault. And I know you care about me. I care about you too. So, let's just enjoy this dance. Alright?" Thyme said, her tone slightly amused. She shook her head again. No one said she wasn't weird too.

Drizzle

Drizzle was wandering the ballroom. Thyme was gone, dancing with Snype no doubt, and he had nothing to do. Nova was being useless, as usual. So... Drizzle was bored. He passed Quin talkign to some other boy and ignored him. He walked around and saw an Umbreon, Quillie, Slackey, Sapphire, and a sleeping Charmeleon. another from the Charmander line was here? Heh, Thyme was going to love that. She had a way of always pissing off that species. Still, Drizzle had nothing to do, so he decided to go over and say hello.

"Hey! Some dance, huh guys? I'm sorry, I don't think we've met. I'm Drizzle!" Drizzle said. He grinned at the Umbreon. He hoped that something interesting was going to happen soon.

Snype

Snype snickered for a moment at Thyme's response. Of course she'd say something like that. It was expected of her.

"Hehe, well fair enough. Yeah. Let's enjoy the dance..." Snype said, giving Thyme slight kiss on the cheek before moving on with the dance. He looked around at the other students around him and took their different techniques into account to hopefully get a good idea of what to do... that or Thyme was in the same situation herself. Nonetheless, he was enjoying it quite a bit.

(OOC: Zard was originally in his pokeball, but lets just say he snuck out when no-one was looking. Yeah, plot-consistensy people!)

"Hey! Some dance, huh guys? I'm sorry, I don't think we've met. I'm Drizzle!" Umber turned around, it was the Buizel who had made a grand entrance before, [Hello Drizzle, I'm Umber, one of Maxwell's first pokemon. I quite liked your entrance earlier.] he said as his rings glowed a bit. [Oh and this is Zard,] he pointed at the sleeping Charmeleon, [He is also one of Maxwell's first pokemon. You see Maxwell got us as eggs and we both hatched on the same day, you could say we're two sides of the same coin.]
[Urrrblurghhurrrrrr...] Quillie said, he probably meant to say something diminishing towards Drizzle, but he felt too sick to actually form words.
[He'll be okay.] Slackey said, [Say Drizzle, you don't happen to have that adorable little Igglybuff with you?] he added. Suddenly, Zard's eyes opend and he looked around in a confused manner. [What happend? It feels like I've been hit with too many Leech Seeds.] he said with a tired voice.
[Good morning sleepyhead!] Umber laughed, [You still seem a little groggy though.] he added.
[Yeah, yeah whatever.] Zard said while sort of flapping his claws as if to say: "Its nothing." [Hey wait! You're that Buizel from earlier, Drizzle was it? Yeah, I like your spirit!] Zard walked up to Drizzle and patted him hard in the back.
[Oh yea, Wilson is running an errand so he isn't here, but he'd love to say hello again.] Slackey said from over where Quillie was, still nursing him.

Geneviève

Geneviève smiled and hugged Maxwell again "thank you" she said before he freaked out about taking someone's cane. "I'm sure they won't be to mad" she said hugging him again as Wilson ran off with the cane.

Sapphire smiled "She does" she said "and I'm glad Maxwell didn't care about the kiss thing" she said as a Buizel ran up to them and Quillie was feeling sick "Hope your okay Quillie" she said before turning to the Buizel "aren't you Bri's Pokemon?"

Adria

Adria sighed petting her Vaporeon as a Pokemon ran up to her. From what it was saying she guessed it was a Swinub and took the cane back nodding a bit as Vaper growled. "And how did he get my trainers cane?! she can't function without it"

Adria petted Vaper more whispering "it's okay" as she heard Burgh introduce himself. "Nice to meet you Mr. Agnak" she said politely as Burgh helped her back saying something about getting her cane back.

"My name's Adria sir. Adria Penrose" she said bowing her head as a sign of respect. "and no need to worry about my cane sir for a kind Pokemon brought it to me"

(OOC: Oops. Sorry. I must have missed that. XD)

Thyme

"Good. Oh, and by the way, you suck at dancing," Thyme said. She didn't know how to dance, but she was quick enough to be able to mimic the movements of many of the better students. And she was definately smart enough to know which ones were dancing well and which ones weren't. That being said, she wasn't exactly a stellar dancer herself. Still, she was better than he was, something that amused her greatly. She focused back on Snype. At least he hadn't stepped on her feet. Even so, she was having a good time. She smiled confidently at Snype. She vaguely wondered whether she should take the lead or not. She decided against it for the moment.

Drizzle

"Heh, thanks. Always good to have fans... And yes I am Sapphire. Yes I am, " Drizzle said, sounding slightly amused. He laughed as the claw slapped him on the back. He glanced at Slackey, his eyebrow raised.

"Eh? Bouncy? What about her?" Drizzle asked, his eyebrow cocked. He shook his head and smiled. Seems someone else was a little attached to the baby. Heh, everyone loves kids. He laughed and looked at Slackey and Quillie again.

"Something wrong with him? And that's fine about Wilson. I can hang out here till he gets back. I've got nothing to do until Bri gets done dancing," Drizzle said with a gesture towards Quillie.

(OOC: Its okay Nideous, master Arceus forgives you xD)

Wilson stopped, he turned around to hear a pokemon growl at him. The nerve, Wilson felt a sudden anger fall upon him. [He found it in the boy's dressing-room thinking it was for rent!] he nearly screamed. Wilson turned around, and started to run back the way he came.

Wilson stopped to see Drizzle standing in the little group of pokemon, [Hey there Drizzle!] he shouted cheerfully, [Howsit' going? Your performance earlier was top-notch as usual!] he stopped in the group, looking at Quillie, [Will he be OK?] Wilson asked worried. [Yeah, he'll be fine.] Slackey said, [To answer your question Drizzle, I just like the little kid, she is just so adorable.] he added looking at Drizzle.
Quillie did a thumbs up when he could register what Sapphire had said,
[Yes, Maxwell is very accepting.] Umber smiled towards Sapphire.
[Hes a cool kid.] Zard said with a proud smile, [And your trainer ain't bad either.] he looked at Drizzle, [Understanding pokemon if you're a human is pretty damn unique.] he added. Then Zard started thinking about Xavier, when he talked to Zard before it was almost as if his rage disappeared or rather as if it was drained from him. Strange, but he decided not to think more about it and just enjoy the party, so to say.

Maxwell looked at Geneviève, "Shall we continue our dance? The night is not over you know." he said holding his hand out. She was so sweet for trying to calm him down earlier about the cane. Maxwell saw Wilson coming back in the corner of his eye and assumed that meant a job well done. He was calm now, the cane was returned and he was still dancing with Geneviève, it was like nothing could ruin this night.

Mark

Bad timing... now Vince had shown up to simply compliment Valorie. Nothing wrong with that. She did look beautiful after all, Mark could admit that much but it seemed alot had been happening around her. Mark guessed she didn't like all of that attention she had been getting, or was just depressed from the recent fight.

"Here Val, there's a couple chairs over there..." Mark said, pointing to the wall that had a few fold up chairs and proceeding to lead her there so that some other guy doesn't step in.

Snype

"Oh Thyme, you hurt me with your cruel words!" Snype said sarcasticly. "Kehehe, Yeah I suck at dancing but that isn't stopping me! So miss dancing expert, why don't cha show me some moves if your any better? Seems you got the whole rhythm down and you look like your better at learning the moves that the students are doing." Snype challenged her with a large fun smile.

"Subject? hmm...... Why don't we just introduce our respective pokemons? I haven't seen even 1 of yours." said Gen while drinking his soda.
Gen took his three pokeballs and let CupCream, Darrumel and Shock out.

The three stood there confused about everything.

Gen than talked to them and said that they shouldn't freeze up a wall of ice unless he says and to be polite towards Quincy.

The three nodded and apologized to Quincy.
"Well should we introduce yours now Quincy, or would you rather not. Either way I'm completely fine with whatever decision you make." Gen took a another sip from his soda and petted CupCream but ended up making his hand a little frozen. Shocked jolted it with a little thunder and made his hand turn black.
'Owww! What did you do that for Shock?" Shouted Genny in pain. " So are ya going let us meet your pokemon or not?" asked Gen

Burgh

Burgh turned around slightly embarassed.

"Oh.... so your cane has been returned, thats good. Still I feel like I should complain... but as long as you get it back thats what matters..." Burgh smiled.

"At any rate it's very nice to meet you Adria." Burgh said his smile growing ear to ear.

Burgh turned and saw that Xavier was staring right at him.

He lifted his hand and waved heartily.

Xavier

Xavier awaited an answer but decided to withdraw his hand before one could be delivered.

"Look, either way we're going to have to live with each other from now on, I can tell. Don't give me your answer right away, I'd prefer if you got to know me a little better before passing judgement on me." Xavier smiled and gave a thumbs up before turning away and walking in the opposite direction.

"Well either way I've said my piece and I must get going now." Xavier said, and then he was gone.

Suddenly he spot Burgh from across the hall and he smiled thankfully and he ran towards him before giving him a crushing bear hug.

Xavier, Burgh & Maria

"Xavier please not this again... I... can't... breath!...." Burgh wheezed.

Xavier released his friend.

"Burgh thank God, you're still here!" Xavier sighed.

"But why are you still here?" Xavier asked.

"Xavier boy, we have ALOT to talk about. But first I'd like to introduce you to my new friend Adria!" Burgh exclaimed gleefully.

Xavier simply blinked and looked at the girl but then smiled and spoke.

"Hey I'm Xavier." he said.

"It's a pleasure to meet you."

"Xavier I'll be back soon theres something I need to do..." Maria whispered in Xaviers ear.

"Ok thats fine, just come back quickly Ok?" Xavier asked.

"Right." With that Maria was off.

Maria

Maria was a fairly good tracker, so she found who she was looking for quickly, the umbreon from before. She realised that her previous behavior, according to her evolutionary lines laws, was quite disrespectful to her evolutionary elder. So she approached the Umbreon and, in her pink dress and all touched her ears to the floor.

"Elder Umbreon, I apologise for my rude behavior earlier that I was quite disrespectful and disregarding of our kinds laws so to make up for it..." Maria rose her head and, with her ears still down held out her paw loosely.

"I offer you a dance." Maria murmured.

"I hhhumbly hopppe you accept." Maria stuttered.

Oh Arceus now she felt like Xavier.

Thyme

Thyme debated his challenge for a moment. She cocked her head to the side and blinked, giving him a long and cool stare. But, finally, she spoke.

"... Alright. Why not," she said. She adjusted her grip on him and began to lead. Her steps were quite elegent and carefully measured. That isn't to say she was the star of the dance floor or anything like that, but she was better than Snype, at least in her mind she was. She had a very mild look on her face. She blinked a few times. She was enjoying herself, but she still couldn't get what had been going on out of her mind, despite what she had said to Snype. First was the whole deal with Duster. She could only try and make things right... And not let it happen again. And Drizzle... He had been coming on rather strong to her all night. It was starting to annoy her, but she did like the attention. However, she was with Snype. And she had no plans to change that. And Calnith... He was the one that worried her the most. Still, even though she couldn't put them out of her mind, she was still going to make this a good night. Especially because the day had been so bad. She closed her eyes a moment before stepping in a little closer to Snype.

"Well, this more what you had in mind?" she asked quietly as she gazed at him, happiness showing in her eyes, despite all of her worries. She smiled at him again, leaning in closer to him, giving a small kiss right then and there. To hell with Drizzle and the rest of them.

Quin

Quin grinned. Why, he had no problems letting Gen meet his team! They were the best pokemon anyone could ask for! But first, it seemed like Gen wanted him to get to know his own pokemon. He had no clue what they were aying. He smiled happily at them.

"Nice to meet all of you! And f course I'm going to show you my team! Arcino! Zemda! Logana! Come out and say hello!" Quin said as he called out his pokemon. Arcino stood there, his arms crossed with a sour look on his face and said nothing. Logana walked over to the solemn Grovyle. Her feelers twitched.

["Aren't you going to say anything?"] Logana asked. Arcino fixed the little Venonat with an annoyed look.

["No. Unless they want to battle me then there's nothing to say. Buzz off Logana,"] Arcino said, his tone rather bored. He walked away and leaned against the wall. Zemda crooned majestically at the other pokemon.

["Don't mind him, he's just upset because he hasn't won a fight since he got here. I am Zemda! And this little one is Logana! It's a pleasure to meet you all,"] the Lapras said, turning her kind gaze toward the other pokemon. Logana bounced on her feet happily and walked over to Quin, who smiled at her.

"Well, these are my pokemon! Arcino is the sour looking Grovyle over there. Zemda is the Lapras! She's such a nice pokemon. And this hyper little Venonat is Logana! What do you think?" Quin said. He picked up Logana and walked over to Zemda, a large smile on his face.

Snype followed Thyme's steps. She was most certainly better at dancing then Snype ever was, but it wasn't like he was trained at it or anything. He doubted that everyone knew how to dance. He kept his eyes on Thyme's eyes and occasionally looked down at her feet so that he could follow her steps. Every so often she would give him a small kiss to him. He could see in her eyes that she was enjoying herself.

"Hehe, certainly. Much better then what I could come up with." Snype said as they continued to dance. Snype actually liked the darker green color on her. It looked nice... the bow was a bit much yes but she still looked beautiful. Snype wasn't sure on anybody's opinion on his own looks. He was wearing a "Monkey suit" as they called but the hat was nice. He was just aiming to look cool. He hoped he at least succeeded in that.

"Here's hoping that the rest of the year turns out for the better... for both of us." Snype said as he returned a kiss to her.

Umber heard a voice, he turned around to see that the voice belonged to an Eevee. Xavier's Eevee, to be exact.
[Hey,] he said while his red eyes glimmered and his rings shining yellow, [Don't worry about it. I didn't register your behaviour as rude, you did what any other pokemon would do, after all me and Zard were the ones to bug you. And of course I accept your dance offer, you know it isn't every time you get to dance with a cute Eevee in a beautiful pink dress.] he continued smilingly.

[And cut out that elder-crap, call me Umber, thats what everyone else does. Oh, but I almost forgot! What is your name my darling Eevee?] Umber walked Maria out on the dancefloor, this would be a nice experience, he could tell.
[Watch out for him! He is quite the lady-killer!] Zard yelled towards Maria,
[Oh shut up!] Umber yelled back at Zard, he turned around and faced Maria, [Don't listen to him, hes just jealous that I have a better way with women than him.] he said with a small laugh.

Slackey stared at Umber and Maria out on the dancefloor, oh how nice it would be to have someone to dance with... Quillie looked up at him, [Urrrghrurrrrgh...] he said, which roughly translated to: [Don't worry, you'll get a dance, I'm sure of it!]
[Thanks Quillie.] Slackey said as he continued to look for other sympthoms of sickness that Quillie could have.

Geneviève

Geneviève smiled taking his hand again kissing his cheek "I would love to" she said blushing a bit her eyes shining with happiness. She was glad the night was going so well and was praying to Archeus that nothing went wrong.

Sapphire chuckled a bit watching Umber go out onto the dance floor with the eevee hearing Quillie say something to Slackey about how he'll get a dance. Sitting down Sapphire watched Geneviève and Maxwell go out onto the dancefloor.

Adria

Adria sighed frowning at Vaper. "Vaper go find that Pokemon and apologize" she said before turning her head to Burgh "it's fine sir, i'm glad I got it back." she said smiling now as footsteps approached and after a minute a boy was introducing himself to her. "Pleasure to meet you Xavier" she said reaching her hand out for a handshake.

Vaper

Vaper sighed and ran off after the Swinub spotting him with a group of Pokemon. She walked slowly over and bowed her head speaking softly "I'd like to apologize for growling at you, my trainer is blind so me and her other Pokemon tend to be pretty protective of her"

Gen smiled, he never saw any of these pokemon living in Unova, though he had seen a great many amount of trainers use them.
Shock quickly worked his way up to Gen's head and shocked Arcino a bit. Shock didn't like him and he doesn't wanna hide that fact.
"Don't do that Shock! Be a bit nicer to them!" Gen said scolding Shock. CupCream didn't dare introduce herself, she was simply too shy.
"Well,I sure am joining a weird bunch here.Truth is, right now only Gen's not a total wacko or stranger to me." said Darrumel to Zemda.
Shock bit Gen and shocked him over and over. He didn't like Gen scolding him.

Surprisingly Shock just went on sleeping afterwards.
"Uh...Um... Nice to meet you Zemda!" said Cupcream as she introduced herself to Zemda.
"Hahahaha! Looks like Shock doesn't like your Grovyle much does he? Well please don't mind him, he's always making trouble. Darrumel and CupCream are the peaceful ones here not the little guy." Gen took another sip from his soda can finished the whole thing, then he threw it away in the nearest trash can.
"Why's your friend so grim? Looks like he's a bit in a losing streak according to you're friend Zemda there." Asked Shock to Logana.
