Hi!
I was making animations and I know that some moves need a "OppMove" to work, but others no (i noticed that
projectiles ones needs the OppMove). But when I make an animation, it always need the oppmove, the question is, how i know if the animation I´m making needs or not an "OppMove" animation? And, is there a way to make those "OppMove" more easily?
Also, i remember in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, the Pokéradar has a cooldown of a number of steps, is posible to give items a cooldown like that?
