[Other] How to swap the Ghost and Dark types physical/special effects? (Japanese Crystal)

I've started to create a fairly simple hack of the Japanese version of Crystal. Is there a way to change a type's physical/special move status in the game's code, more specifically, the Dark and Ghost types? I understand that the pokecrystal assembly won't be of much use due to it working with the English roms.
