[Map] X and Y positions of specific locations

While I was editing town map I've met a problem. During edition of town's and route's positions I couldn't find coordinates of locations such as ROCK TUNNEL, DIGLETT'S CAVE, MT. MOON, BERRY FORREST, NAVEL ROCK etc.

How or where can I find them?
