o_O Seriously, spend money on the cheapest pre-built desktop PC you can find and it'll be so much better than what you currently have.

A solid state drive?! Crikey! I'm not able... However, would you be able to tell me is it really true that a solid state drive is not as good as a regular hard disk drive?
