Clefable is currently OU. This means you'll have to make do with something else as your Stealth Rock setter, like Cobalion or Necrozma:

Cobalion:
-Stealth Rock
-Iron Head
-Close Combat
-Volt Switch/Swords Dance/Taunt
Nature: Jolly

Item: Shuca Berry/Leftovers

Necrozma:

Now that Decidueye has Shadow Sneak, I don't see much of a reason for Sucker Punch to be used, as it has lower PP and relies on the opponent about to use an offensive attack.

I'm playing Sun, so i can't get Shadow Sneak for Decidueye. I'm not crazy about using Cobalion or Necrozma in my team
