Is your Dependent Event, Event ID 17 on the Map? If not check this first.

Or go to Database, open Common Events and change the maximum Number to 50.
This fixed at least my error message which was similar to yours.

for whatever reason the common event one fixed it xD thats just random lol but thanks for helping me fix this ^^

I've done every thing you said to do, but unluckily my game said;
Script ' ' line 5: NameError occured.
unintialised constant Unused_Common_Event

What does this means?
Hope for a quicl reply.
Erben.

Try reading the documentation and settings at the top of the script
Charmander shouldn't surf unless you made changes to the script

Hello, I love that mechanic for Pokemon Essentials. I would like to know that there is a way to make the Pokemon animation coming out of the Pokéball not popping up every time I change the map. Thanks!!!!

Logged in just to put a like on Mej's post!
By the way, if someone's having their character stuck and the
following Pok?mon costantly playing the "out of the ball" animation,
I had the same issue and solved it by going to the event containing
pbPokemonFollow and after that script line adding "delete event".
It did, work in my case.
Enjoy the stroll!

EDIT: Ah,but whilst going indoors and outdoors the ball animations plays again, and often two or three times...hmm...

I noticed something intresting :
The strolling Poké-fellow can get partly cloaked by the map boundaries!
Look here :
Spoiler:

Maybe it has to do with the way the game displays the connected map?~_~

ctrl+shift+f is a global search of all scripts
Cheers, my dearfellow!
That tip will certainly help A LOT!
However,the issue keeps persisting...
Jazerules said:
Try putting it to 1 or 2
It was set on 1 and I changed it to 2, and the cloak keeps manifesting.
But there's something else I noticed :
as of now I'm testing within the region of Essen, and the Pokémon
becomes partly invisible on the Route 1/Cedolan city boundary
but not on the Route 1/Lappet town boundary.
The cloaking also happens on the Lappet town/Safari zone
and Cedolan city/Route 2 boundaries.
Back on 0 and 1 map view modes every boundary will cloak Pidgeot
regularly.
That's quite an interesting phenomenon...I wonder what causes it and
why the Lappet town/Route 1 boundary won't do the cloaking on map view mode 2? ~_~

need help with following pokemon script

I watched a video from Thundaga on how to set it up and did it according to what he said yet I keep getting this error code no matter what I do. I even RE did it 4 different times and each time got the same result (I attached a photo of the error code that keeps popping up)
i'll speak to the person that has the text (show follow pokemon) then I hear the sound of a pikachu and then the code pops up

I'm no expert but...perhaps you could try re-installing the Poké-follow script
Lol, nevermind, I just noticed you re-installed it 4 times...
Uhm, I don't know if it can help,but...here's the Poké-follow script thread!(click here)

By the way, if you wish to take a screenshot you can press the ctrl, alt and prnt keys
altogether, then paste and edit the screenshot to your liking on paint or other image
editing programs.
I know I couldn't help much but I do,hope you get your issue figured out!
Cheers,fellow!

Open common event in database and set the max to 50
