JoJo's Bizarre Mafia: Miyatori Stand Off 「GAME OVER」

3xOjvV0.png

Story

The town of Miyatori was a small quiet town, brimming with people both interesting and bizarre. Of course, things wouldn't always stay quiet. A man possessing a bow and an odd arrow swept through the town, shooting multiple victims injuring them near death. Those who survived found out they had intense mental capabilities and had manifested a strong power called a Stand. One survivor managed to flee when he was shot by the arrow. The man, unable to use the arrow, pursued but soon found himself surrounded by a group of thugs. The survivor told the thugs that he had shot him with the arrow and had the man gunned down. The survivor soon too developed a Stand, one they called Killer Queen. It wasn't long before they deduced that the arrow was the cause of this phenomenon, so he went to try and give his entire gang these powers but found out that not everyone had the psyche for it. They noticed that the arrow was very attracted to the people who it had worked on, prior to being pierced by it. Only a few of the gang members were able to manifest a Stand, but it was enough for the gang to take over the town, or so they thought. Other survivors from the arrow soon recovered and discovered their own Stands, the gang learned of this and decided that before they could take over the whole town for their own gains, they had to eliminate the other Stand Users who might prevent their takeover. (Author's Note: This game takes place in an alternate universe, users of the stands in the anime will not be the same as the one's in the game.)

MAFIA
If you're new to Mafia, please read this to get a grasp of the game. If you're not new, skip this because you've probably read these too many times. Mafia is a game where the two factions, plus some independent third parties, are at odds with each other. The Innocents need to seek out the mafia and other hostile third parties in order to win. The Mafia needs to stay in the shadows and take out the Innocents until they outnumber them, they are able to talk to each other as a group, as a opposed to other roles. Third-parties have their own win conditions, usually explained in their role.

There are two phases in Mafia. The Day phase, all the players who are alive will be allowed to discuss and lynch one player for that day to try and find the mafia scum, or in the mafia's case attempt to sway a vote on an innocent. The player with most votes will be killed and then the game will move on to the Night phase. The Night phase, which will start the game, is a phase where players cannot post in the thread and will be able to submit their role's night actions to the GM. The mafia also submits one kill during this phase. Days will last 48 hours and Nights will last 24 hours or when all Night Actions are submitted. Times are subject to change to be longer in the event of my own real world complications.

For more information on mafia, or if you're having troubles understanding please refer to Gunner's T̶e̶r̶r̶i̶b̶l̶e̶ Amazing Guide or ask a veteran.

Roles

Good Stands
These Stands are possessed by Innocent players
n8AzGmO.png

Hermit's Purple
Hermit's Purple is a stand that does not have a humanoid form. Each night, it has the ability to display location's of a target by simply smashing a ‎¥‎30,000 Camera. A picture of the target will be printed and you will be able to tell by their location whether they were participating in nefarious activities or not. Hermit's Purple's ability is not considered a visit. Without all the jargon, they are basically a Cop.

ElmXC24.png

Heaven's Door
Heaven's Door is a Stand that has the ability to look into a target and see their entire life story, most notably: their Stands. Once per night Heaven's Door can visit someone and find out their Role, just like an Investigator. Sadly, as the Stand user is still new to the Stand you haven't yet obtained the other ability of writing in someone's story.

QLSx4J6.png

Crazy Diamond
Crazy Diamond is a stand who's unique ability is that it can repair anything, return it to it's components, and mend wounds, as long as they aren't already dead. During the Night Phase Crazy Diamond may visit one player, if that player were to be killed by anything they will restored back to health. They are acting as a Doctor in this sense, but they are unable to fix themselves.

FRZGu9O.png
Justice
I̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶H̶i̶g̶h̶ ̶L̶o̶r̶d̶ ̶W̶o̶l̶n̶i̶r̶?̶
Justice is a stand that can control bodies of those with an open wound. During the Night phase Justice may target a dead player and gain use their ability one time. If a stand like Silver Chariot never used their sword, Justice may use it. Justice cannot use the Lover's abilities due to their nature. Justice can only visit a dead player once throughout the entire game, they can however hold on to the abilities rather than use them right away any abilities specific to night can be used during the day as well. If Justice is investigated by Hermit's Purple they will appear guilty, due to their necromatic activities.

PYe5YE5.png

Echoes ACT 2
Echoes ACT 2 can write anything on any surface or person. Utilizing this ability the user can watch a player during the Night phase and set up sound traps to recognize when someone is visiting that player. This makes them a perfect Watcher. They may eventually grow to gain another power...

4VbYjMU.png

Highway Star
Highway Star is a stand that has extremely long range and can chase targets to the end of the earth by tracking their scent. During the Night phase Highway Star can follow a target and see all they visit. They are a Tracker, plain and simple.

h7HQimw.png
The Lock
The Lock is a unique stand. During the Night phase the user puts The Lock on a target, they will be notified that their guilt has begun to weigh them down. Players who are locked will pay heavily for their lies, if they were part of a lynch of their ally, or if they use an item to kill an ally. If they lie, are part of the voting in a mislynch (in this case Inno voting Inno, Mafia voting Mafia, Anubis and it's Partner if it has one), or kill an ally the lock will become heavier and the player will be notified that it's getting heavier. After 3 lies or mislynches the player will be crushed by the weight of their guilt and die. There can be multiple locks up at the same time, but only one per player. The Stand user will not be notified when the lock gets heavier.

M6qyaIu.png
Silver Chariot
Silver Chariot is a Stand who wields a rapier, which blade can pop off the rest of the sword. The Stand user can shoot this at anytime during the game and will not be revealed upon shooting it, as it's a sword that don't make a whole lot of noise. The sword is not considered an item as it's the Stand. They act sort of like a Sheriff.

Io5ovqa.png
Judgement
Judgement is a Stand similar to a genie, during the Night phase it can choose a player to give them a wish. A wish is a choice of three items selected randomly (some items are guaranteed depending on who the target is) from this list: a Gun, a Vest, a Booze (Roleblock), a First aid Kit (Doctor another player), a GPS Tracking Device (Track another player), Binoculars (Watch another player), RSVP (Chef'd players may use this to bring another player into Chef Chat), a Blank Letter (send an anonymous Whisper to another player), a knife(Target dies next day), Megaphone (Loudmouth), and other items that are specific to a particular Stand user. When the next day starts the target player will be given this choice and can submit their answer anytime, including later days and nights. Since the Stand is kind of like a genie it can only be used on a single player 3 times. Another thing the Stand can do is fab the choices, not all items can be fabbed however. Judgement cannot give himself items.

UZmEiag.png
Death Thirteen
Death Thirteen slips into people's minds as they sleep, people can be killed in their dreams with this ability but the Stand user is not going to use this ability for that reason. Instead it's going to use it to determine how long it takes their target to sleep. Targets who have visiting roles will take some time to sleep, whereas targets that don't have visiting roles will go to sleep right away. Death Thirteen will acquire the knowledge of whether or not their target has a visiting role.

CM2waWK.png
Magician's Red
Magician's Red is a stand with immense fire power, and it is used to jail a player during the night. Players who are jailed cannot be visited (with the exception of a driver) and are also roleblocked. If Killer Queen's Sheer Heart Attack is used on the Jailer that night, it will kill the jailed target instead, due to it's heat-seeking properties.

t6thq97.png
Pearl Jam
Pearl Jam is a Stand that is used as an ingredient in food, as such the Stand's user is a Chef. During the Day phase the Stand user can invite two players for a private chat during the day and serve them a banquet dinner. The user will not be in the private chat(unless RSVP'd), and the targeted players will know each other's identities but not their roles, they can however claim their role in the chat. At the beginning of the Night phase, the chat will disperse.

87GzU5b.png
Cinderella
Cinderella is a Stand that can change the appearance of other people. During the Night phase, Cinderella can visit a player and have them appear as another player, this effects watching and Hermit's Purple's investigation. The first selected player cannot be found during that night, therefore cannot be visited with an exception, and that is if the second selected player is targeted by another action it will instead be used on the first player. This action lasts only for that night.

DVuXsFO.png
The World
The World is a very powerful Stand, it has the ability to stop time momentarily. The World can be used to override one lynch during the game, by stopping time and replacing the lynched player with a chosen target.

qauTQLK.png
Horus
Horus is a very defensive Stand, anyone who visits them will be killed as a result. Pearl Jam's action is not considered a visit as he send out RSVPs to players. This Stand is bulletproof as well, so basically a Grandma.

m4ry3im.png
Ebony Devil
Ebony Devil is a Stand that only works when hurt. If a player uses an action or item to kill Ebony Devil's user then both will be killed as a result. If Ebony Devil is protected or has a vest, it will only kill the player who targeted them with a kill action.

t1tKMiq.png
Non-Stand User
Non-Stand Users have no special abilities, as they don't have a Stand. They're Vanilla Townies, ok? Look at that dude, he's not even in the right anime. Non-Stand users are here only in case there's more people signing up then what I have for roles.

Gang Stands
These Stands are possessed by the Mafia

KcnXohw.png
Killer Queen

Killer Queen's user is the leader of the Gang. Killer Queen is a Stand that gain Two abilities through the game. Anything Killer Queen touches is explosive, therefore his first ability is that he completely obliterates any of his Night Kill visits, this means that they will not have their Stand revealed upon death. On Night 2 he gains his next ability, Sheer Heart Attack. this allows them one extra night kill that can only be used once, this does not count as a visit as it's a long range Stand ability, this ability goes through vests but Crazy Diamond can still save the target. He gains a second Sheer Heart Attack at Night 5. (Bites the Dust, for those of you who've watched the anime will not be in the game because it's too complicated to implement and temporal time loops is too much.)

hbsUs5T.png
Hierophant Green
Hierophant Green is a Stand which can use an ability called Marionette Control. What it does is Hierophant Green visits a player and chooses another player. The player who was visited by him will be forced to vote for the chosen player the following Day. Players who fail to do so will be killed.

xaogPvz.png
The Lovers
The Lovers is a Stand that goes within other people. When Lovers is in another person, anything that happens to the user happens to the other person, amplified. However anything that happens to the other person will not happen to the user. During the Night phase Lovers can select a target player. If Lovers' user is killed while the target player is still alive, the target player will die with them. If the target player dies, Lovers will be able to choose a new target the following night. The target player will not know if they are under the effect of Lovers, and Lovers will be notified of their target or if their action has failed.

4U0jAEw.png
The Hand
The Hand is a stand with the ability to erase space. Any items used on The Hand's user will be destroyed (other than the RSVP, Blank Letter, and First Aid Kit.) and when The Hand goes for a night kill they will destroy vests their target has as well as killing them. The Hand can still use items given to them.

UjC1Q5N.png

Wheel of Fortune
The Wheel of Fortune Stand is a car, therefore the user is also a Driver. Wheel of Fortune visits two people every night. Any person who visits one of those people will visit the other chosen person instead. The Wheel of Fortune meeting's actions will not be on Watcher's report. Dies if given booze.

Independent Stands
These Stands are possessed by a Third Party

iCleGRS.png
Surface
Surface is a Stand with the ability to copy the appearance of any other Stand user. They will take the appearance of the first player who visits them, gaining their alignment but not their power. If the first visitor is from a mafia kill, the kill will not go through and Surface will become aligned with the mafia. Hermit's Purple will see Surface as a Third Party if no one has visited him before, Surface will not copy Hermit's Purple's alignment due to it not constituting as a visit. If visited by The Fool, nothing will happen and it will not be considered a visit. If visited by Anubis, Surface will die. If visited by Heaven's Door, they will show up as Surface colored in coordination to their alignment, Innocent if he is the first visitor. Surface will not gain other Stand's abilities.

bPk943j.png

Cheap Trick
This Stand is an odd one. Anyone who visits, or sees the user's back in Hermit Purple's case, will acquire this Stand and the user will die. If the 5 kills are achieved this way, or if it happens to end the game, the original user will achieve a solo win, but Cheap Trick will remain. Players with Cheap Trick will not be able to reveal that they have it or they will be modkilled for breaking this rule, no exceptions! Cheap Trick can chain and will follow the priority list below in the Rules section.

ePEayvn.png

Anubis
Anubis is a self-sustaining sword Stand who was originally carried by the man who went rampant with the arrow. Since he has since died, Anubis hasn't found a new user, as he was ignored by the gang when he was killed. Anyone who visits Anubis will become a Serial Killer and will lose their previous win condition and get one similar to the Serial Killer's. Anubis will have a team chat with their partner. If Anubis' partner is killed, he will be partnerless until another visitor happens along. If visited by the mafia via a night kill or if shot with a gun Anubis will die. Serial Killers each night can perform a night kill as their action, as well as use any of their other actions. They will remain in Mafia chat if they are visited by a Mafia's role. Anubis and the Serial Killer will appear as guilty by Hermit's Purple, who does not acquire Anubis from his action.

makOQeY.png
The Fool
The Fool is a powerful Stand, but it's user... well they're literally a dog. The Fool wins if they are lynched. Each night they have to visit another player, but nothing happens. If The Fool visits Horus, The Fool will not die and will instead sense their hostility and leave. (Reason being is that in the canon they actually defeat Horus, but they tried to also avoid confrontation in the first place). The Fool will appear as Third Party to Hermit's Purple. If The Fool misses two Night actions total they will be killed for inactivity.
