Custom Signature

So I have been on this site for awhile now, and something that I have always wanted was a signature that made my profile more unique. Problem is, I really don't know how to make one, or where to go asking so figured my best bet may be starting here. Anyone have any suggestions, are willing to help, or leads by chance?

Completely understandable if not, just been thinking about it more lately and would like this profile to be more stand-outish, along with a matching profile picture, my FC, as well as my twitter.

What I would like for it to be one of a few things, either: Dragonite Themed (don't know if there is a way to tie me in with him), Tokyo Ghoul, Rurouni Kenshin, Parasyte, or Natalie Dormer themed. These are just the ones that's more my thing.

Some examples of people's signatures that I like: Miz en Scene, Nina, Anastasia.R, El Heroe Oscuro, Vivace, Rukario, Dragon, etc. Some of the more detailed ones that I have noticed.

Any help is appreciated. ^^

So I have been fiddling with it, but I am having a small issue. I do I get an image incorporated with it? I swapped out your url from imgur, but it keeps wanting to show up as not available?

Make sure the url contains the extension like .png or .jpg
Imgur automatically makes urls that go to their galleries. Also make sure you're using an image the same size as the original image. I haven't specified the code deal with a bigger image/rescale since it's just easier for me to create the right image size.

I can get started on a sig for you. Can you pick a specific character you'd like featured please if not I will probably base it on dragonite
