Sounds great Swifty, I don't know if Red and I will have our characters be done with what we're doing by then, but I like the scheme you have set up for the "last attack".

Now that I have been accepted into the RP, I got some questions.

• The 1st floor has Starter City & a dungeon, right?

• If Celedona is the 2nd floor & a 2nd dungeon, does that mean every floor has a city & dungeon?

• What floor is each RP character on & what are they doing?

• How many floors with a dungeon's boss have been cleared, & do I have to fight them if they've been defeated anyway?

All the bosses on levels 1-4 have been cleared. Once a boss is defeated, at least in the anime, it never respawns. Also in the light novel and anime, every floor has a "safe zone" or town and a dungeon. The dungeon usually has to be discovered in order for it to be cleared, typically by a large group of players.

Most of us are currently on floor 4 in a cave. I do believe there are two characters on the 5th floor however (Leaf Storm and Paint). :)

Yes when I say levels I mean floors. Just a typo on my end. :\

Elise and Krissu are currently hunting for ingredients to forge things on floor 4 in a cave.

Fester, John Archer, Jonathan Turner, and I believe Daniel Williamson are all in the same cave on floor 4 exploring and as of late they've discovered a mysterious door.

Dante Farefye and Leilani Garcia are on floor 5. Leilani is currently sitting on a bench (waiting for somebody, I believe). Dante has just walked off with an NPC to go aid her with something or other. Dante and Leilani have just finished a brief conversation together.

If I missed somebody, please forgive me. Then again, the RP isn't that long. Shouldn't take that long to read. :P

Okay, so I may finally have free time to make a post (yeah I only made one, so I am often forgotten, its all good though!), but I have a bit of writer's block. If anyone has some ideas for a post, please tell me xD

Oh my gosh, sorry Raikiri! Didn't mean to forget you. :P

Ideas for a post...hmm... One man, alone on a riverbank, just him and his thoughts. He dwells on if it matters that this is all virtual. Is life itself one big simulation just waiting to be reset by our omnipotent overlords? Is this basically just a form of ascension? Yes, we're getting deep in our SAO RP. ;)

Anyway, on a serious note... How about your lone wolf is forced to team up with some people? It's always easier to write with others. Maybe he wants to go fight the boss? He needs somebody to cook something for him? (A plot line from SAO itself) He gets chased by faction recruiters that won't leave him alone? He gets challenged to a duel?

I don't know, just trying to come up with some stuff to help. :D

I have posted. Shame no RP player is at Starter City. :( Kamui needs some encouragement to venture through the floors. If anybody's interested, he's strolling around Starter City... But I doubt anyone will take the offer, what with how many floors they're at-

I was going to throw him into one of the groups on level 4, but they are slowly get too big for his taste :P

I will probably put him on level 5 and make a run for the boss. I'll try to do that this weekend after I do some work. If I do some work.

We're only two in our group, mr G. You're welcome to enter the cave and come and help us with le goblin miners. There's at least 3-4 of them left :p

Of course! You can always timelapse yourself into the right place after the boss post, or teleport over.


At the moment the update is along the lines of:

-> System announcement that Dungeon 5 has been located (allowing people to rush over if they wish).

-> Group gather outside before entering.

-> Doors open, boss appears, all characters taking part (and some NPCs) are locked inside. Even if people post about battling the boss before you, you are permitted to write your character in, following the outline given in the update.

-> In a weeks time the victor will be picked and asked to tell me how they want to finish the boss battle, I will then write that in to my update post.

After the boss battle there will be:

• Final attack reward
• Minor rewards (teleport crystals, potions, etc).
• TIMESKIP: Floor 6-10 unlocked: Details of monsters, items and locations will be more specific as requested.
• A synopsis of the social/guild changes and possibly character advancements

I know some people might want to progress one floor at a time, and they will be able to, but realistically we can't spend a month clearing each floor - unless you guys can commit to a decade of RP :P.

In an ideal world I would too, but I know some people will be ready to post straight away, some might not be ready for most of the week - this way everyone can join the battle as soon as they're ready :).


Also, remember the boss fight isn't compulsory at all, so if anyone would rather carry on whatever they're doing and miss it that is fine :D.

Hey Red, if you want to bunny Elise a bit to end the battle, please feel free to do so. Just say that Elise finished her enemy or something after you're done. That way, we can speed this up a bit and hopefully take part in the boss. I really don't mind if you want to bunny her a bit after that either. :D

Ok, I can't do much with Kamui right now. He's at Starter City, but he's only level 4 & scared to die. I need someone to stick with him & encourage him to fight, & let go of his fear of death. I need someone to protect him as he levels up, regardless of floor. I need YOU! *points at one person who accepts* If your doing something important in the RP, it's fine. :) I could really use the support,so please read my first post IC!

@Swift I made my next post about the boss, is that how you want us to do it? I'm not really going for final blow, but I am not sure if I did it right.

@Shiny Fester might go back to starter city after the boss, he usually sells food there and he is escorting Rose who is also a newbie.
