How to stop pokemon from bobbing?

First, If this thread is placed in wrong place, could any moderator move it to the right place? (This is my first Thread)

So, In my project, I want to use animated sprites. But, the bob thing (The Pokemon sprite and Healthbar up and down while it's your turn thing.) ruined it. Actually, I figured out how to stop the Healthbar from bobbing. But, I don't know how to stop the Pokemon Sprite from bobbing. Can anyone help me?
