[Script] Sprite not going away after battle

I'm using the same script as the other legendary in FR, but for some reason the pokémon does not go away after I catch it, the sprite stays there and I can start a new battle how many times I want. I've compared the scripts and there's nothing different regarding the hidesprite command in relation to the other legendary. It does go away if I run from the battle though. Do I have to do something else that I'm missing?
