Help! Need to evolve Eevee into Glaceon

Hi, I currently do not have the Victory Road unlocked yet but I am on Ula'ula Island. I was wondering if anyone here is kind enough to let me trade over my Eevee I want to evolve and have them evolve it into a Glaceon? That'd be awesome and so kind !

Do you Still need someone to help you evolve your Eevee?
