I'm pretty sure that's fine. I'm on my phone right now but I've seen gifs that were much bigger than that so size limit wise you're a-okay.

It seems to be a little too large in height, since there's a scrollbar in there. I'd recommend removing a couple of lines, and hopefully, it'll be all set!

Does my signature look okay? I use Midnight Misty, and I know that on newer layouts... there's usually a scroll bar hanging around.
