What would be an ideal moveset for Blissey?

The only move i'm sure about keeping is softboiled, but I don't know about the other three.

Where do you get leftovers from?

It's effect is serene grace and it's nature is modest =\

What's an EV? Sorry, I don't know much about pokemon..

Also someone else recommended explosion to me..

You could get leftovers in Victory Road, the second part. Need to beat the E4 first, or get the National Dex first (forgot).

lol and whoever that person told you Explosion was good on Blissey must be a complete n00b. Look at its Attack stat!

He said for situations where you have very low health and no other alternative.

What is an EV? I used 9 hp ups on it when it was a Happiny, if that's what it means.

Explosion kills Blissey and barely does any damage. lol, really, it completely sucks to have Explosion on Blissey.

Protein ups attack. using items is not considered EV training
