Pretty much. Rhyperior has 140 base attack and 130 base defense. It can take physical hits and give an even harder hit to his opponent. Sweeping fails with his ridiculous 40 base speed though.

On other sites (like gamefaqs) a pseudo-annoyer wall is sometimes referred to as a tank, but I don't think that it suits the context here on PC with pokes like Swampert, Rhypherior, etc.

It has fantastic HP.

Rhyperior's goal is to do as much damage as possible while absorbing a lot of attacks, it can resist Fighting type moves like Close Combat.

Blissey has a huge, chunky, fat bunch of HP a lot with a (see before) of Special Defense. Snorlax has it too but Snorlax can actually do a lot of damage.

THE special wall is Blissey. With high Sp. Def and MASSIVE HP it's probably the best and most OU Special wall. Add natural cure and the fact that it learns aromatherapy, makes it a great competitive poke.

Regice is also an excellent special wall, but I don't know if he's uber, so I'll have to check on that.

Dusknoir and Milotic are also OU, but a welcome alternative to the one million Blisseys in Competitive Battling. Milotic can also get a nice offense in and Dusknoir is a great staller/annoyer with the ability to learn WoW.

Snorlax can do it as well, but I like Snorlax better as a tank, rather than an all out special wall. It's really up to you.
