Shaymin, definitely not. Way too many weaknesses and a really small movepool.

You people make such a big deal about these Ubers. I will admit ubers are unfair. However, if you have the right pokeemon, ubers are just exactly what they look like. Cheap replacements that can't ever be a real pokemon.
But. Legendaries ,some people say are unfair, but I think differently.

Then again, maybe this thread doesn't help at all.
This thread wasn't really created as an how-to-kill-ubers thing, because I know ubers are pretty hard to beat, but I just hate it how people just flail and give up.

If its a TEAM of well-trained ubers, then forget it =/

Oh no! Certain people don't want to face ubers! What ever will we do? Are we going to ban the banning of ubers? Sounds great!

Wait, what? That was the most confusing bit of scarcasm I've ever read. I didn't get the message. Does it mean you're against it?

Well, there was the [/veryverybadsarcasm] tag.

I don't think it was supposed to make sense.

Yeah, but I don't get the message, which [most] sarcasm has.

the max pokemon Hp range is anywhere from 210 (dugtrio) to 700 something (blissey)

but the average pokemon has 250-400 hp.

jirachi is not an uber because it is very predictable. psychic/wish/calmmind/flashcannon. they are all something like this.
No self-respecting person uses Flash Cannon. And Jirachi isn't quite as predictable you think it is. There's the Calm Mind/Wish/Thunder/Psychic set, then there's a Wish/U-Turn/Reflect, another support move or Thunder/Psychic set as well as CB Jirachi, physical attacking supporter Jirachi and their many variations. Let's not forget Trick Room Jirachi either.

I didn't quite get what you mean. Could you clarify a bit? I understood it so that you think Ubers are cheap, but just copies of normal Pokémon and that doesn't sound right at all.

i faced at least 12 jirachis at my local gamestop tournament. every single one was variation of the set i posted. all of them were easy. eq > metagross/jirachi.

and yes, i know its a terrible move. but please, name one good special steel type move?

Usually the people in local tournaments are suck. National level is where it's at.

Meteor Mash and Doom Desire. In fact, they should have been using DD.
