Interesting team....

Garchomp has no need for Focus Sash. It has good enough defensive stats. You could replace it with a Lum Berry.

You could try this set.

That Spectile ins't a good idea. I suggest you either Give it a Jolly nature or you change it's EV's.

-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang
-Dragon Claw

Attached with Choice Band, it can be a powerful sweeper.

If it's a Modest Charizard then I would suggest this set.

-Air Slash
-Flamethrower
-Dragon Pulse
-Earthquake

Earthquake would be a decent attack even for a Modest Charizard. Attaching Life Orb would make it a powerful mixed attacker.

Ninjask Jolly @ Leftovers
252 Speed 252 Attack 6hp
Aerial Ace
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
Substitute
=/

Steelix Relaxed @ Leftovers
252 Defense 252 HP 6 Attack
Roar
Stealth Rock
Earthquake / Explosion
Gyro Ball / Explosion
Yeah

Weezing Bold Leftovers
59 HP 252Defense 196 SP. ATTACK
Sludge Bomb
Pain Split
Will-o-Wisp
Haze / Thunderbolt

Is there seriously a need for 2 Physical Tanks?

Sceptile Timid @ Leftovers
96 HP / 252 Spd / 160 SAtk
Substitute
Leech Seed
Leaf Storm
Hidden Power (Ice) / Dragon Pulse

Hell no on that previous set. Why would you use Timid Nature with Physical Attacks? Also, the Characteristics only determine the highest IV.

Charizard Timid Wise Glasses (Is going to be replaced by another adament charizard)
Fire Blast
Dragon Pulse
Hidden Power (Grass)
Air Slash

Okay, just what is the deal with the previous set you had? Dragon Rage is retarded, and 2 of the same typed STAB attack is just sickening.

Empoleon Modest Nature @ Leftovers
4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Hydropump
Agility
Ice Beam
Grassknot
:x

Garchomp Jolly @ Leftovers
252 attack 252 speed 6hp
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Dragon Claw
Why your team has no Special Tank, I have no idea.

Yeah Workin on that but the empoleon was getting tossed, my sceptile yeah it has the highest ev in it so thats why I trained that...

Why did I train the sceptile in attack well you answered your own question its charictoristic was LIKES TO FIGHT that means ATTACK so i worked on its attack.. and guess what low and behold its attack IV was flawless.. or really realllly close to it..

I am changing guys up anyways, the reason i have 2 physical walls is because I made steelix and I wasnt impressed with him at all he sucked ass..
