Is it possible to use confuse ray and attract at the same time? I also have pursuit, so I confuse them, attract them, then when they try to switch out, pursuit them Good idea?

Yes, but bad strategy. There are better moves than 80 Base Power Pursuit. Plus, Attract & Confuse Ray are useless together, what with people will switch as soon as Confuse Ray hit.

Yeah, parafusion > confusion/attraction. Paralyzing also prevents attacking, but also reduces the opponents speed in half. A good parafusion pokemon IMO is Starmie, who can support with boltbeam for massive damage.
