umm i dont get it, is there like a 2nd effect on the move rapid spin or sumthing? i see alot of topics about rapid spinners

Well other than that low 20 base power damage, its main use is clearing out Stealth Rock / Spikes.

Hey hey hey, ya never know when that 20 Base Power will knock that person out...but yeah, clearing Spikes/Stealth Rock/Leech Seed/Wrap (who uses Wrap?) and the like.
