Gyarados's special attack base is crap, so Surf / Aqua Tail isn't recommanded. The first two moves are correct, Ground and Ice give it great coverage. Add Dragon Dance for a boost in attack and speed, and Waterfall for STAB. Razor Claw isn't your most useful item, so either Leftovers or Life Orb would work better. While Hasty nature raises its speed, it decreases defence, which I don't think Gyarados would be very fond of, Adamant nature instead.

Why 4 Grass-type moves on Leafeon?

Leafeon @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 124 HP / 172 Atk / 212 Spd
- Swords Dance
- Baton Pass
- Roar
- Leaf Blade

On top of its supporting abilities (Roar and Baton Pass), Leafeon already has a great attack base, and with the use of Swords Dance included, it has the advantage of using its powerful STAB move, Leaf Blade.

Blissey surely can't do any damage with that pitiful 10 attack base, so Earthquake is not an option. Stealth Rock does give you support, but Blissey generally has other more useful moves to use.

To be Honest, any Gyarados with Waterfall/Earthquake/Taunt/DD is walled by Tangrowth. I usually go with taking out it's ONLY stab move and replace it with Ice Fang. It has worked a thousand times for me

Flame Wheel isn't the most powerful Fire-type option Infernape has. Even though Earthquake is a powerful move to use, it doesn't give it any necessary cover. Infernape wouldn't turn out the best with supporting moves, in this case, Will-O-Wisp isn't recommanded.

Infernape @ Expert Belt / Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz
- Stone Edge / Thunderpunch

Physical-based Infernape is quite a beast. Swords Dance for a sharp attack-boost, Flare Blitz and Close Combat are both powerful STAB moves, Stone Edge / Thunderpunch are for coverage. Choose Expert Belt to ensure much more powerful hits, either that, or Focus Sash if you aren't sure Infernape will survive a hit once the use of Swords Dance.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Naive Nature
EVs: 36 Atk / 252 Spd / 240 Sp.Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Grass Knot
- Flamethrower
- Close Combat

Mixed Infernape. Once you use Nasty Plot, it will OHKO many bulky waters of which are weak to Grass. Ground types don't stand against Infernape either. Close Combat hurts any special walls who take either neutral or super-effective damage from the attack. This set, however, has its flaws as well. As you can see, it has nothing to really hurt threats such as Salamence, so make sure it's severely damaged or KO'd before sending Infernape out in-battle.

Infernape @ Life Orb / Focus Sash
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
- Nasty Plot
- Grass Knot
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power Ice

This is similar to the mixed-based one, but is obviously used for a purely special movepool. HP Ice eliminates Mence.

Blissey learns seismic toss through the move tutor in emerald and it learns aromatherapy by breeding with a male Roselia.

Focus Sash to allow a Swords Dance isn't exactly hotness when you follow it with Flare Blitz...

Ooo...yeah. That wouldn't have been good. There are other infernape sets, but the mixed has worked the best for me.
