I would say there are loads of n00bs of PBR if I was him. Ninetales is better off with Nasty plot/Energy ball. Yes, this team is fail.

Sure Ninetales is better off with Nasty Plot and Energy Ball... if it's a Special Sweeper Ninetales. But my Ninetales isn't designed to be a Special Sweeper. Seeing that it has base 81 sp atk and base 76 atk, WHO CARES. So I get an extra base 5 sp atk. Fact is, Ninetales' money comes from it's blinding speed. So if I max out its speed, who cares if it's sp atk or normal atk? With the popular Ninetales being a fast hitting special sweeper, I opted for a fast hitting physical sweeper instead. It catches the more seasoned players off guard, and, as you would put it, "burns the n00bs" I keep seeing supposedly in PBR.

Fact is, as PBR has gone along in its time, more and more good players are staying on, and the noobs are getting weeded out. I have fought better battles the longer I've played. They last longer, and are more entertaining. Finally, considering that 2v2 requires a way different mentality than 1v1, I could take on your little team and suprise probably even you. Looking at your signature, that's the sort of stuff I see on PBR all the time. Electivire has piss-poor base defense (67 base) and one hit from just about anyone on my team other than Kingdra would do insane damage because every one of my Pokes has STAB on it. And my Ninetales is faster (I promise you) than it. Also, your Salamence is at my Kingdra's mercy. One critical hit (which is what I aim for) from Hydro Pump and it's toast. Even one hit from Dragon Pulse, which STABs it out would do massive damage. Need I go on?

You need to work on your constructive criticism. The reason I've been so sniperish in my thread towards responses is because only in certain cases have the responders actually taken time to say something that is a RESPONSE rather than a SLAM. There are differences in the way you can state things.

My Mence is a sasher. I'm not the only one who called the team fail. Kingdra usually has 270ish speed to beat CScross. My Mence has 290 since it's a sasher. Nintales only has 100 base speed, loads of sweepers outspeed it. If you hypnosis on the switch, say hi to Milotic(yes it is OU and it is a common status absorber)Electivire usually switches in to T-bolts and OHKOs everything. I didn't say 'ZOMG MY TEAM IS BETTER' Both our teams could suck.

I'd be happy to chime in here. This team is too reliant on all the wrong things...a team that's TOO defensive won't be able to beat out other walls. You really need to balnce out this team more...yeah, you gotta listen. This team just isn't that good.

I'd say the team itself takes too long to set up to truly work. A Jumpluff with Helping Hand paired with Garchomp rips through your whole team before you can even hit them.

And since this is essentially a novelty team and you're shrugging off all advice, (And no, I'm not saying most people have given good advice, but you could at least consider certain advices) I see no reason to keep this open. Novelty teams are fun to use, but shouldn't really be offered for rate if you don't want to change them.
