I am currently hunting shiny Dratini. As soon as I get it, if the nature fits, I will give it this moveset:

[email protected]/Yache Berry
Relaxed, Impish, Careful, Sassy, Brave or Adamant nature
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: Will focus mainly around Attack and the 2 Defences but spread will change with nature.
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Punch
-Thunder Wave
-Roost

Basically it's a tank with some Para-Support. Since everyone expects a Dragon Dance or Choice Band/Scarf moveset on 'Nite I thought this would be a good change of pace.

Well if you want a bulky Dragonite, its not so mucha bout the moves as the nature and EV's. Just punp it full with defense and HP EV's.

Than you can use eather Thunder Wave or DD, sice DD raises speed you don't need both.
I personnaly like Thunder Punch and Earthquake. TP has a chance of paralysis and Earthquake covers most steel Types.

And leftovers kinda goes without saying.

Dragon Claw
Thunder Punch/Fire Punch
Earthquake/Roost
DD/Thunder Wave/Roost

For bulkyness I'd go
Dragon Claw
Roost
Earthquake
Thunder Punch/Thunder Wave.

But if your neglecting Atk Ev's here, DD really catches you back up to speed.

Just my personal opinion.
