first you got to either do a level 100 hundred wifi battle or raise your pokemon up to about lv 20 (the higher the better )
DO NOT SAVE !!!!
now type those stats in to the calculator
and taa daa you have the ives
i think thats want you want right?

Yeah an IV battle is when you take your lv 1 pokemon and do a LV100 WIFI battle to check the stats of your 6 pokemon. You write thier stats down and plug them into an IV calculator like the one Serebi has. This is how you get 100% accurate IV's for your pokemon. Leveling pokemon up to lv 20 to check is an option but it usually takes longer and the IV's wont be 100% accurate either.

The best IV calculator is Metalkid's one, it's the most accurate.

Agreed. Metalkid's is definitely the best. Unless you use the wi-fi battle method, in which case Metalkid's calculator is as good as any other. But if you use Rare Candies, Metalkid's is definitely the best.
