Spiritomb is immune to Psychic, and takes mediocre damage from Shadow Ball. Pursuit turns him into the greatest Alakazam killer EVER.
Anyways, this is the set I use (as a lead):
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Calm/Bold Nature (your choice)
EVs: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 SpDef
- Dark Pulse
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hypnosis
- Pain Split
Spiritomb is a wall by all means, Dark Pulse is just there to make use of STAB. Pain Split is obvious, and works wonders if you can predict right (and makes a Blissey think twice about switching into his Dark Pulse, especially if Spiritomb is in low health). Will-O-Wisp and Hypnosis work well with a starter, since you put to sleep the opponent, and bomb the person coming in with a Burn. Very little can OHKO this thing without a critical hit (with a Calm nature, he even survives Draco Meteor from SpecsMence). So it's usually always safe to assume he has a chance to either inflict status or Pain Split the damage away.
You could also run a Taunt/Sucker Punch combo, but make sure to adjust the nature to a -SpAtk.
As for Blissey killers... have you ever considered a ToxiStalling Umbreon?
