Well, It's better suited as a sweeper than Thunder Wave XD Garchomp switches in by predicted Thunder Wave, then he obliterates you

Kinda needs more defense if you want to stand a chance against Garchomp, as Name said.

I can't think of anymore. I usually like to have a dragon physical sweeper on my team but then I get Weavile raped >_<
Dragon sweeper usually cues in Dragonite or Salamence with Yache Berry. Garchomp is workable too, but he does not get speed boost (unless you can make EVs awesome enough to withstand Weavile's Ice Punch and Salac Back;))

Both those look fine.

However Focus Sash and/or Nasty Plot is completely a viable option on a timid Porygon-z. If your willing to replace Dark Pulse that is.Life Orb and even Specs is a good option for the item.(obviously keep Dark Pulse for specs lol)

salac berry on porygon? it's not gonna kill special walls that are going to come in anyway, so you may as well try to damage them as much as you can with Choice Specs + double STAB Tri Attack.

On the Porygon-z ,i have another set, it may seem slightly novelty but it works rather well from my experience on shoddy battle.

[email protected] Orb
252 speed / 252 sp.att / 6 hp
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Tri Attack
- Dark Pulse / Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
- Nasty Plot

simple, set a sub up on the switch, Nasty Plot behind sub to avoid status problems and sweep. Bear in mind that this 2hkos max hp/306 sp.def Blissey after a Nasty Plot with Tri Attack, which is always nice.

Mine has the exact same ev spread as yours, and the other moves are either what you currently have, Tm'ed or Heart Scaled onto it. XD

Its up to you though, its so versatile that any set given will work wonders.

This is the Milotic I use, and it works amazingly well:

Milotic @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs: 84 HP, 252 Defense, 118 SpAtk, 56 SpDef
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hypnosis/Hidden Power [Electric]
- Recover

With the EVs, you want to focus on Defense over Special Defense. Whenever you have a base HP that is actually higher than a Defense, you want to focus EVs into that Defense over HP. If that makes sense? Hypnosis is a decent team support move, but I find HP[Electric] more useful, since it surprises the hell out of a Gyarados, whom a maxed Defense Milotic counters fairly well. Resists Waterfall, and shrugs off damage from Earthquake. She also fairs well against DD Salamence and, to a slightly lesser extent, Garchomp. PLUS with maxed Defense, if you can switch her into a Thunder Wave, Toxic, or Will-O-Wisp, her Defense becomes virtually untouchable.

Yeah...I attempted to battle a paralyzed milotic with my CBmence...which di about nothing lol. N00b idea by me, I payed.

Long story short, milotic is one of the best staus absorbers around.

EDIT: IMO of course :)

Yeah i know what your thinking, but it does actually work wonders, same reason why people sometimes put Life Orb , Swords Dance and Substitute on Garchomp. My Porygon-z kinda works like that.

If youre not a fan of recoil Cakekun you can always put Wise Specs or Leftovers on it i suppose.

A choice Gallade phails by default since as a sweeper, Gallade is outclassed by Medicham. Gallade likes double status or Swords Dance.

Gallade acts like a ScarfCross :\ Really, it just has a more diverse moveset

Medicham has no real powerful STAB moves to use like Gallade's Close Combat, it has Hi Jump Kick which is like Aqua Tail :P

If you say Gallade fails at Scarf Sweeping, then your saying Heracross, Lucario fails at Scarf sweeping

The only bit of extra diversity Gallade gets is Leaf Blade, which isn't too great unless you really fear Swampert. The only real reason to use Gallade is status imo, since most of its fellow Fighting types have better offensive capabilities to begin with. Besides, why would you not like to take advantage of that massive Special Defense and awesome support movepool? Gallade isn't meant to be a pure attacker. Oh, and about your Garchomp comment, it won't be happy when you predict the switch and Will-o-Wisp it instead. Imo, choice items are a huge waste of Gallade's potential. It isn't completely horrible as a Choice attacker, but the only thing it truly excels at is crippling your opponent's sweepers.
