the code is <bgsound src="sound.file.here">

'Neath the cover of October skies
And all the leaves on the trees are falling
To the sound of the breezes that blow
And I'm trying to please to the calling
Of your heart-strings that play soft and low
You know the night's magic
Seems to whisper and hush
And all the soft moonlight
Seems to shine in your blush...

Just to let you know, most people don't really like background music, especially those on a slow connection.

Try to stick to MIDI files, they are very small. But definitely not WAVs and probably not MP3s either.

Benjamin Franklin

"Mathematics, rightly viewed, possesses not only truth, but supreme beauty – a beauty cold and austere, like that of sculpture, without appeal to any part of our weaker nature, without the gorgeous trappings of paintings or music, yet sublimely pure and capable of a stern perfection such as only the greatest art can show."

Ok, here is a different one that will allow the viewer to stop the music -
<EMBED SRC="music.mid" AUTOSTART=FALSE LOOP=FALSE WIDTH=145 HEIGHT=55 ALIGN="CENTER">
</EMBED>
AutoStart means that the music doesn't start automatically, you can change that to TRUE. Also, with Loop.. if you want the music to continue playing, change it to True. The Height and Width are self explanitory and the Align is what you want it to be on the page. Left = Left hand side, right = Right hand side and Center = Center (der).

hope this helps :)

The problem with links like these are they are so easy to miss, if you have them prominent it wrecks the look of the page, so people don't even realise they can have music. (Just out of interest, what music were you planning? *has a lot of Pokmon midis somewhere*)
