I'm not trying to be a mini mod, but i believe this goes in emulation section.
Why would a wi-fi question go in the emulation section.

I doubt it would work. You have two choices when it comes to wi-fi, you could go the expensive route and buy a wireless router, or you could go the cheap way and get a Nintendo wi-fi adapter.

It's not a matter of only needing one of those two things, but if you buy a dongle it has to be one that works as a wireless access point, not just as an adapter. The Nintendo adapter works as an access point for your console to connect to (it's actually a rebranded Buffalo). Find out whether the dongle can act as an access point (that page doesn't make it clear); if so, you should be able to get it working, if not, you won't.

"One reason why mathematics enjoys special esteem, above all other sciences, is that its laws are absolutely certain and indisputable, while those of other sciences are to some extent debatable and in constant danger of being overthrown by newly discovered facts."
Albert Einstein

"What science can there be more noble, more excellent, more useful for men, more admirably high and demonstrative than mathematics."
Benjamin Franklin

"Mathematics, rightly viewed, possesses not only truth, but supreme beauty – a beauty cold and austere, like that of sculpture, without appeal to any part of our weaker nature, without the gorgeous trappings of paintings or music, yet sublimely pure and capable of a stern perfection such as only the greatest art can show."
Bertrand Russell
