I'll take the others, then. I'll be honest, Victreebel is a terrible Pokemon. Low Defenses, HP, combined with bad Speed isn't the best combination.

Victreebel @ Heat Rock / Life Orb
Trait: Chlorophyll
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam
- Hidden Power [FIRE]
- Sleep Powder / Sludge Bomb

I know how much Sunnybeaming sucks, but it's the only thing Victreebel can do, so stfu. :<

Pidgeot @ Choice Band
Trait: Keen Eye
Nature: Jolly
Evs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Brave Bird
- U-Turn
- Pursuit
- Return

128 speed outspeeds standard Skarm btw, so you dont get owned by Brave Bird.
Alright. Thanks for the help.

Hey every one, i need a little help on my Scizor that im thinking of using. Here's what ive been thinking so far.
ScizorAdamant @Choice Band
Technician
EVs:4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
Brick Break
Pursuit
Iron Head
Now heres where i have the main problem: I am really undecided on U-turn and X-scissor. I like X-scissor's higher attack, but if Scizzor gets in a pinch, U-turn is useful. Thanks for the help!!

I'd really only use Probopass in the Sandstorm.

Probopass @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252 HP / 172 Sp.Atk / 84 Sp.Def
- Earth Power
- Thunderbolt / Flash Cannon
- Explosion / Stealth Rock / Thunder Wave / Taunt / Protect
- Explosion / Stealth Rock / Thunder Wave / Taunt / Protect

Infernape @Life Orb
EVs: 24 Atk / 252 SAtk / 232 Spd
Naive Nature
-Flamethrower
-Close Combat
-Nasty Plot
-Grass Knot

i think infernape is phisical sweeper only and this is much better...

Infernape @Life Orb/Expert Belt
EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 232 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Close Combat
-Flare Blitz
-Stone Edge/Thunderpunch

There are two kinds of Mixape, NP and all-out. Your mixape is the standard NP Mixape, the most widely used set.

Can I ask if it is mere coincidence that both of your sets match smogon's exactly? except for the HP EVs you've matched them completely. Wouldnt be trying plageurise now would you?

NO! They are my sugestions except mixape (my freinds with me at the moment and he suggested that cuz I think it sucks big time!)

can you give me the link to that somgon site please as I have heard of it but neva looked at it (i use seribbi net, simple to use)

simply just to prove a poinjt if i was using smogons why did i suggest such dreadful movsets earlier on for say...blissey (have a check if you don`t belive me) so if i was just copying why would i suggested something so dreadful it was a hack and i didnt even know!

Both sets are standard so its hard not to copy-paste unless you're recommending gimmicks or crap movesets >.>

Anyway don't recommend unless you know exactly what you are recommending. The set you recommended was standard Mixape, which works extremely well as a wall-breaker but generally pales in comparison with other sweepers.
Mixape actually can do serious damage to its main counters - Starmie and Vaporeon - Cresselia and Tentacruel stop it though. Without HP Ice Dragon/Flying types stop it.

SDLuke/SDKabutops >> SDInfernape, both have priority moves and Infernape can't come in on anything.

Oh, and you should try to find that "somgon site" by yourself, it isn't really hard to find and is a great resource for movesets.

Ok I was recomending what my freind calls mixape as I never use fire types as I simply dislike them (not to mention they are so vunerable!). I NEVER copy and paste battle stratagies as it is pointless.

By the way for a good laugh rate my cousins luvdisk ha ha!

Adamant nature
no idea what it,s EV`s are sorry!
Life orb
-Flail
-Surf
-Sweet kiss
-Brine

She actually bothered to raise it to lv 100  (It is apparently her best so scince when was luvdisk better than mewtwo?)
Downed it one hit from Venomoth hahahahaha!

Sorry, but that is a very bad moveset. Luvdisc does not have the offenses to carry out a Life Orb sweep.

Luvdisc @ Focus Sash/Leftovers/Damp Rock
Timid, 252 Speed, 252 SpA, 4 HP
Swift Swim

Rain Dance
Toxic/Sweet Kiss
Charm/Substitute/Attract/Safeguard
Protect

Should be the only set it should run. Luvdisc gets Swift Swim, abusing Rain on a Toxistalling set. The only use for it should be to setup Rain Dance, the rest of the moves are just for annoyance. I would use Sweet Kiss > Toxic since it can disable the pokemon in question 50% of the time buying you useful time to Substitute or something.

Attract because I couldn't think of anything. Sadeguard for ppassing or something.

Obviously no Sash with Substitute.

Luvdisc suffers from moveslot syndrome, essentially it has a broad range of annoying options that would work well in tandem, but you would have to dedicate one slot to Rain Dance and one to Protect leaving you with only two slots for status moves - Toxic/Sweet Kiss/Attract.

Personally Sweet Kiss + Attract should be the way to go, if you're feeling suicidal you could run an extra status move over Protect.

Notice Qwilfish clearly outclasses it as a pure Rain Dance setupper - Qwilfish gets Taunt, Thunder Wave and Explosion to cripple switchins. Luvdisc is stuck with the inferior Attract and Sweet Kiss.

OMG! you actually made a serious team for luvdisk?!?!?!?!?

There's no such thing as a good luvdisc dude, it doesnt have the stats to do anything. As smogon say, it can boost itself in the only stat that doesnt need boosting :P

As much as I mildly enjoy her company, even I say that set is bad. Of course, that's the best it can do...

I mean, the second it subs, it gets broken. It can't survive to Rain Dance, and with Sash, it won't survive the next hit. Even in NU, it sucks. Attract is an atrocious move, as is Sweet Kiss. It's only role is an annoyer, and fails hard at that. Goes right under
Ditto as a few of the worst pokes. Ever.

But, that's all it can do. A shame. And with Underground, it isn't even as useful for finding Heart Scales anymore, it being harder to find in D/P.

Most importantly, she wasn't offering a set, he was making fun of her friend's set. Spammish, but very funny.

I was just recommending my opinion on what a viable Luvdisc moveset is, Smogon's analysis is not really serious considering they actually put attacks on luvdisc =O

Anyways as I said the most Luvdisc can do to get by is annoy and setup Rain Dance and Safeguard, abusing Swift Swim and confusion. Focus Sash was there because Luvdisc did not have the defenses to take a hit and would allow an almost guaranteed Rain Dance.

I strongly believe Luvdisc has the movepool to annoy if the said player is lucky. In that case Attract + Confusion is only a 25% chance of the pokemon moving, 50% chance that the Confusion will work first turn.

In any case I outlined the superiority of Qwilfish to Luvdisc as it gets Twave when Attract and sweet kiss can be automatically nulled by switching out. Taunt stops a lot of setuppers and statusers.

& 50% chance the gender is the same :P Does Attract work against Genderless? I never tried it.

Oh, I know. I was really critisizing the fact that it is Luvdics ONLY options. Seeing that it only works against pokes of the different gender, and it get's taken out by a Quick Attack. Don't worry, I'm not really getting on you, but on Luvdisc, for her poor options.

I mean, it might work against me, I get haxed in standard battles (wifi or not) far too many times. Ask DA. However, that being her only options? I always say annoyers suck, but Luvdisc takes it to a new low. Of course, tha's even hoping that Sweet Kiss, with 75% accuraccy, hits in the first place.

I don't know what Luvdisc did to Game Freak, but she deserves better than that. Same with Farfeche'd. Oh, & Flareon. He needs it most.
