Luvdisc @ Focus Sash/Leftovers/Damp Rock
Timid, 252 Speed, 252 SpA, 4 HP
Swift Swim
Rain Dance
Toxic/Sweet Kiss
Charm/Substitute/Attract/Safeguard
Protect
Should be the only set it should run. Luvdisc gets Swift Swim, abusing Rain on a Toxistalling set. The only use for it should be to setup Rain Dance, the rest of the moves are just for annoyance. I would use Sweet Kiss > Toxic since it can disable the pokemon in question 50% of the time buying you useful time to Substitute or something.
Attract because I couldn't think of anything. Sadeguard for ppassing or something.
Obviously no Sash with Substitute.
Luvdisc suffers from moveslot syndrome, essentially it has a broad range of annoying options that would work well in tandem, but you would have to dedicate one slot to Rain Dance and one to Protect leaving you with only two slots for status moves - Toxic/Sweet Kiss/Attract.
Personally Sweet Kiss + Attract should be the way to go, if you're feeling suicidal you could run an extra status move over Protect.
Notice Qwilfish clearly outclasses it as a pure Rain Dance setupper - Qwilfish gets Taunt, Thunder Wave and Explosion to cripple switchins. Luvdisc is stuck with the inferior Attract and Sweet Kiss.

As much as I mildly enjoy her company, even I say that set is bad. Of course, that's the best it can do...
I mean, the second it subs, it gets broken. It can't survive to Rain Dance, and with Sash, it won't survive the next hit. Even in NU, it sucks. Attract is an atrocious move, as is Sweet Kiss. It's only role is an annoyer, and fails hard at that. Goes right under
Ditto as a few of the worst pokes. Ever.
But, that's all it can do. A shame. And with Underground, it isn't even as useful for finding Heart Scales anymore, it being harder to find in D/P.
Most importantly, she wasn't offering a set, he was making fun of her friend's set. Spammish, but very funny.
