I was just wondering because most legendaries doesn't have a sex, but Heatran does.

I just put my Ditto and Heatran in the daycare/Breeding center and the man said "The Two Perfer to play with other Pokemon more than with each other" that mean no for getting a egg..

No they cannot breed. Its just one of those things nintendo put in.

Yeah, even though Heatran has a gender, it can't breed, just like the Latis. The reason Nintendo put this in is to show that Heatran's are msotly Female with more males.
