No sorry, and the only way to calculate proper IVs is by knowing your Pokemon's EVs.

Plant lots of them. Like, a lot. Seriously.

For the record, if you're planning on using Pokemon that you beat the E4 with in competitive battles, you're better off rebreeding. There's more to a Pokemon than EVs- there's IVs and Natures, which can't be changed. And if your Pokemon have bad IVs and Natures, opponents will wipe the floor with you.

And if this is for ingame, EVs don't matter, as you can beat just about anyone with a level 100 Magikarp.

Basically what he said. XD

If you want a competitive team, you MUST breed the Pokemon from the start to get good IVs and natures. Also if you want certain egg moves on your Pokemon as well.

It's worth noting that there are some exceptions to what I said before- my friend uses Empoleon on his team, the same one he started the game with, because it had a good nature and decent IVs.

Then again, my friend is abnormally lucky- he caught an awesome Cresselia without even trying, bred a Shiny Magby, and got Pokerus.
