For the love of crap, supertails, please go jump off a cliff or something. Your posts are getting on EVERYONE'S nerves. The name of the thread is "What messenger(s) do you use?", not "Why everyone else's messenger sucks and why everyone should use Pidgin." You've stated which one you used, there's no need to just continue promoting Pidgin. If someone wants to use Pidgin, they'll use Pidgin.

In other words...
Get. A. Life.

Anyway, myself, I use WLM with MsgPlus. One of the few reasons I haven't tried using Linux as my main OS - there's just nothing comparable. I use AIM as well, but only for talking to offline friends.
I already have one thank you. There is a lot of compatibility on Linux.

Skype's pretty good. I like it but not many of my friends use skype but it's a good messenger though.

I have MSN, AIM, and Skype, although I only use MSN. I am not really that familiar with AIM and I sometimes use Skype, although very rarely. Everyone I know has MSN, anyway, so I see no need for me to use the other two. :x I also use MSN with Msgplus, which further customizes my MSN~

MSN all the way. <3

It's the only messenger I will use ever. All the others lag me.

I'm on MSN 24/7 and I leave it on when I sleep or go somewhere...XD

I use Pidgin since its very bothersome to use two messengers for both your MSN and AIM. So I use it so I can talk to both my MSN and AIM contacts.
I have three and I know how you feel though. I have MSN, AIM and YIM and I know how bothersome that can be.

I use WLM/MSN primarily. It's heavily customized, too, with MsgPlus, StuffPlug, MessPatch, etc. I love it to the point where I'm pretty sure it's the main reason I'll never use another OS aside from Windows as my main OS. MSN substitutes just won't cut it for me. I need my tags, I need my desktop clients, I need my custom away messages, I need my personal messages/currently listening, I need the voice chat/webcam capabilities, I need the side-docking... It's just so personally customized that getting used to any sort of other program for my MSN needs would be like taking a huge step backwards.

It's also probably the reason I can't really get into any other IM protocols. I use AIM occasionally since there are a very finite number of people I speak to who don't use MSN, but I almost always forget to sign into AIM in the first place.

I don't use anything else.

MSN. I also hav a YIM, but it's not installed on either of the comps I use, but I guess I should get YIM as a backup to MSN...

I use MSN a lot, but since it's broken, I use Yahoo, instead.
MSN broke AGAIN!? >.<
