I got completely psyched when I first heard about this a while ago, being a fan of the original and all that.

I'm somewhat happy to hear that they aren't going to change the graphics, though, seeing as Okami has one of the best art styles I've seen in a game. Though I'm worried about it being an exact port of the PS2 game, but with tacked on Wii Remote controls. I'm probably still going to get it, regardless, and I guess it's good for those who didn't get the chance to play it before to play it with, perhaps, a better control scheme. I can already imagine myself swinging around the Wii Remote for that Celestial Brush mechanic...

Okami is a GREAT game, so I would definitely suggest that anyone who hasn't played the game pick it up now. It's amazing and definitely one of the best games on the Wii right now.

I won't be picking up the Wii version myself. If it had something extra to the PS2 version, I might consider it, but since it's a direct port I'm not too interested. I'm not very good with precision pointing in Wii games so it'd probably be annoying for me to do brush strokes. (Not that I was great at them on the PS2 version. XD)

Okami is a amazing, I'm still playing it now because its that cool. I will definantly be getting it for the WII when it comes out just to be able to play it again with the wiimote, that would be quite cool concidering the amount of drawing you do on it, I do wonder how they will do the more complicated techniques though o.o
