Natures are mostly wrong.

What the hell are speed EV's doing on Claydol? Max HP on claydol, please.
SpAtt on Luke? And a Focus Sash? >_>

You need help with Ev spreads
As Four Four Two said you need max HP on Claydol and as for lucario if your going to make it a mixed sweeper try to spread atk and spatk evenly or just drop the idea of a mixed lucario all together.

Claydol @ Leftovers

Nature: Lax
Evs: Hp 6, Speed 126, SpD 126, Def 252
Moves:
-Earthquake
-Cosmic Power
-Shadow Ball
-Explosion
Shadow Ball is just...no. Icebeam overall has a higher base power and provides a better coverage. Icebeam is a wiser choice. Cosmic power is iffy, its really novelty to me. I'd rather have Rapid Spin, because Stealth Rock isn't very healthy to Salamence (especially with LO). Explosion is okay. I don't know where to squeeze Rest in there though. ><; Your EVs are all over the place, and Lax is terrible.

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP, 172 Defense, 84 Sp.Def
- Earthquake
- Icebeam
- Rapid Spin
- Explosion / Stealth Rock

Porygon - Z @ Expert Belt
Ability: Download
Nature: Docile
Evs: Hp 6, SpA 252, Spd 252
Moves:
-Thunderbolt
-Dark Pulse
-Tri Attack
-Ice Beam
Choice Specs loads it with more power, and PorygonZ switches frequently so don't worry about the one move effect. Neutral Natures are never the way to go. PorygonZ is a special sweeper, and therefore would require a Timid nature.

PorygonZ @ Choice Specs
Trait: Adaptability
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
- Tri Attack
- Dark Pulse
- Thunderbolt
- Icebeam

Quote:
Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
Nature: Adamant
Evs: Spd 252, Att 252, Hp 6
Moves:
-Thunderpunch
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop
-Earthquake
Everything is alright on this one. There is an alternative Thunderbolt moveset. That would get more coverage and take Skarmory by surprise.

Lucario @ Focus Sash
Ability: Steadfast
Nature: Hardy
Evs: Speed 252, Attack 252, SpA 6
Moves:
-Aura Sphere
-Close Combat
-Dragon Pulse
-Earthquake
Focus Sash is ew. Sandstorm, other weather effects, and Spikes / SR completely ruin it. Two fighting moves on Lucario is ew. Consider Hidden Power [ELEC / ICE] over Aura Sphere. Or some other Hidden Power. XD Again, neutral natures are terrible. Lucario would love some extra speed. Consider Life Orb over Focus Sash. Naive for a nature. Mixed Sweeping Lucario without any Sp.Atk EVs is dumb :x.

Quote:
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Serious
Evs: Hp 252, SpD 252, Def 6
Moves:
-Thunder Wave
-Stealth Rock
-Softboiled
-Ice Beam
Messed up. Blissey will be walling my apple juice with those EVs. It needs maxed out Defense to survive. Serene Grace on a Thunder Wave moveset is quite idiotic. Natural Cure is the way to go. Stealth Rock is terrible. Blissey has much better things to do than set up a Stealth Rock, Stealth Rock is such a commonly learned move, I suggest you let Claydol handle it. Consider Aromatherapy over Stealth Rock. I wouldn't trust Icebeam with a 75 Sp.Atk, Seismic Toss would normally inflict more damage.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural cure
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 SDefense'
- Seismic Toss
- aromatherapy
- Softboiled
- Thunderwave

You need a better physical wall.

What up with the natures? Porygon-Z needs modest, Lucario needs something else like Naughty, Salamence, Jolly or Adamant, and then Blissey needs Bold.

Or Calm, 40 HP / 252 Def / 216 SpD.
