then the best suggestions I could give (depending on warranty validation) are:
If your warranty if still valid on the machine, definitely call tech support and see if they can schedule a repair for it.
If the warranty has expired or is not valid any other way, I'd suggest investing in a new machine. you could take the new machine to someplace like Best buy and see if someone like the geek squad agents can transfer the content of your existing hard drive to the new one. (they will charge a nominal fee, like I think $20- $30 to do it, but I'd say it's worth it, seeing as they know what they are doing.)
(Also you might want to try not using that random filler of letter jumbles, that's not earning you any brownie points with some of the staff here, as well as it's slightly against the rules to use filler like that. next time just fill in with stuff like a thank you or providing more information for those helping you)
