I've been working on this team and making big changes since I got everyone's advice, and here's what I've got so far:

Gardavoir @ ???
EVs: 252 Sp. Attk, 252 Spd., 4 Sp. Def
Energy Ball (maybe)
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Calm Mind

^Pretty basic for Gardie, I think.

Gallade @ ???
EVs: 252 Attk., 252 Spd., 4 HP
Psycho Cut
Leaf Blade
Close Combat
Swords Dance

^I'm not too sure here. It works very well though; Swords Dance + Close Combat = major pain in most cases.

Weezing @ Leftovers
EVs: 240 Def., 240 HP., 24 Attk. (odd I know. I lost track in training so they came out weird).
Destiny Bond
Toxic
Explosion (maybe - but it doesn't go with Destiny Bond...)
???

^ Work in progress. Haha!

Lapras @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 Sp. Def., 200 HP, 56 Sp. Attk. (Again, sorry for the weirdness).
Ice Beam
Surf
Dragon Pulse
Recover

^Well... not much to say here... it seems to work for me.

Dusknoir @ Shell Bell
EVs: Not exactly sure. All in Defence, Special Defence, and HP though. Sorry.
Mean Look
Will-o-wisp
Curse
Night Shade (will do 100 HP damage every time).

^ I've gotten some critisism on this set, but it works every time I use it.

Tyranitar @ ???
EVs: No idea. I got it in a trade. They seem to all be in Attack, Defence, and Special Defence though. It's really good.
Earthquake
Crunch
Avalanche (maybe)
???

^This T-tar is my pride and joy. I dunno where it came from, but it's stats are very well put together. I've been working on the moveset for a while though, and don't seem to quite have it down yet.

Soooo, I still need work on my team a little... or a lot. Hehehe...

Gardevoir can run this.

[email protected] Scarf
Modest
252 spd/252sp.atk/6HP

HP Ice/Thunderbolt
HP Ice/Energy Ball
Psychic
Focus Blast

This set is a major pain, depending on the combination of moves. The Scarf with max speed (considering IVs being near max or max) will provide you with a boost over even Weavile, in which you can Focus Blast to oblivion, not counting Focus Sash or a miss.

[email protected] Sludge/Leftovers
Bold
252def/252HP/6sp.atk

Flamethrower
T-bolt
Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split

I think this set works as mentioned. Basically, this is a Heracross/Gyarados counter at its biggest aids. Will-O-Wisp Gyarados and cripple, and Flamethrower Heracross as it is unable to stack up too much damage. Pain split as needed.

I think if you run Dusknoir with Leftovers, you get back more HP. However, this I'm unsure on.

In my opinion, Lapras doesn't really seem to fit in with this team. It can be dropped for something like Starmie since not only can it use Rapid Spin, its sp.atk and speed make Garchomp (which is banned now) and dragons get out of there. Also, Tyranitar doesn't have any particular use on this team. The sandstorm hits ALL of your pokemon. Consider something else like Weavile or Gengar and lead with it.

You highly need something like a special wall. Blissey/Snorlax are the two best at that. (Only pick one or another option out there.)

That is the best move set you can put on dusknoir. not that you should have 1 with a weezing in your team.

But seriously, dont use zap plate. The boost to a single move is a waste. I personally perfer Voir as a CM Tank rather than a sweeper, but abyay has suggested the best sweeping set for it, with t-bolt and HP ice being used.

Thanks a lot guys. I've got some good ideas for how to finish my team now. I guess I need to work on my Dusknoir and my Weezing the most.

Gengar really hurts this team. Definitely get a Special Wall. Also, where are the Natures?

I dunno if I like the Gardevoir lead. It can put a scare into Gyara leads, but Weavile and Gengar leads murder it. Then again, I'm not sure what the common leads are. You may want to consider Scarfing it and scrapping Calm Mind.

Gallade might not be a good idea- if you stick with CM on Garde, you'll have two Pokemon who need setup time to attack. They also have some similar weaknesses, so you might want to diversify yourself a bit and just replace Gallade.

As for Weezing, what Abralord said. Though I'm no Weezing expert.

Replace Lapras with a Sp Wall.

On Dusknoir, what Abralord said, again. Also, Dusk runs 252 HP/ 78 Def/ 180 SDef with Careful nature. Although, given that Dusk and Weezing perform a similar task (WoWing opponents), you may want to replace one or the other.

Stone Edge always goes on Tyranitar. It's his most powerful STAB. Avalanche, though, has to go- replace it with Pursuit, and slap a CB on him.

Alright. I can get rid of Gallade, but I really like him. Lapras I have no problem with replacing, although I've seen it used as a Special Wall before too.

Any ideas on what I should put in their place then?

EDIT: And I know that Gardevoir isn't a great lead. I haven't put my team in order yet. That was just the order they were currently in on my game.

Curse is ew on Ghosts. Dusknoir in this particular case.

Anyway, Dusknoir and Weezing don't really work well together as physical walls.

HP Electric on Lapras allows you to beat other waters, barring ones that don't have Thunderbolt or HP Electric themselves.

Having both Gardevoir and Gallade really adds up to a Hera weakness.

I wouldn't use Destiny bond on Weezing.

A few things to consider for your team.

Thanks for all the help so far everyone.

Okay, let me clear things up for some people:

Weezing is a Physical Wall. Dusknoir is an annoyer. Lapras is a Special Wall. Gardie/Gallade are Special/Physical sweepers. T-tar is a Tank.

I need to make adjustments on the movesets of most of my Pokemon. I know what the new movesets will be.

I am getting rid of Either Gardie or Gallade, and I am getting rid of (possibly) Lapras.

The new question is:

What should I replace them with, and how should the replacements be trained?

Why are you running Tyranitar on a team otherwise entirely weak to Sandstorm?

Annoyers, especially cursing Dusknoirs, are terrible. There are only a few that actually work, this team having none of them.

Also, don't expect Lapras to be a good special wall. you'll be drilled by several common sweepers, like Zapdos, Azelf, Raikou, Alakazam, Gengar, Roserade, Heatran, Moltres...the list goes on.

I usually send out T-tar last or close to last.

Okay, I'll get rid of Dusknoir too. I'm also definatley getting rid of Lapras and either Gardevoir or Gallade. I now have three Pokemon to replace. Any ideas?

Super double post attack! POW! (And sorry)

I have team updates. Yay updates!

Special attacker: Gardevoir
Physical attacker: Slaking
Special Wall: Mantine
Physical Wall: Weezing
Tank: Tyranitar

Sooo... yeah. I have the movesets decided and everything. I scrapped Dusknoir as the annoyer because it didn't seem to be the best for the job, and I'm constantly critisized for using it. I'm now short one position. Does anyone have any suggestions for something useful to fill out this team?

Gardevoir is more of a Special Tank,if you want a Sweeper, go with Azelf/Gengar/Alakazam etc.
Slaking requires good prediction, as he can only attack once every other turn
Mantine can't wall without very good prediction (ie Switching every time an electric attack comes your way), as Thunderbolt is a very common special attack carried by most special sweepers, and many pokemon carry HP Electric, which also waves goodbye to Gyarados.
Weezing as your physical wall is a good idea, though I don't know much about him
Tyranitar's Sand Stream hurts all your pokemon, I'd suggest swapping as it doesn't really fit into this team.
