Personally I hope its a remake of Digimon world 1. Because that in my opinion is the best digimon game ever
I wouldn't say best ever. Personally I like Digimon world 3 best. I liked DW1, but always having to take them to the bathroom annoyed me to no end >.<. Overall, It's a good game. I'd say it's up there on my list with DCB and DW3. Those games were hell to find. <_<

How is Digimon dawn/dusk game play wise? I haven't heard too much about it lately. I'm considering buying it, but I'm not sure yet.

That is why there were portable potties invented in the game.

Anyway DW2 was very bad in my opinion. The fact that they only roughly translated it and kept the digimon fight sounds. (I dislike japanese voices in a translated game). Its gameplay was horrid compared to the original

I had no idea they had portable potties lol. If I remember correctly I quit the second i got a Numemon. (This was a long while back. ) I completely agree with you about DW2. It didn't seem that good to me either. IMO it's down there with DW4.

Thanks Moon lucario.

DW2 was actually the best DW game i played. using different digimon in battle and DNA DV them to make different digimon, 3x3 battles, i thought it was an excellent game. DW3 sucked IMO, and DW4, failure. DW1 was an ok game, once you got the hang of it. Dawn and Dusk was a good game, quite liked it.

I dont want to argue with you, but here are the reasons why i think DW3 sucked:

1. no multi battles (2 on 2, 3 on 3 etc)
2. you cant get any other digimon apart from Guilmon, Agumon, Renamon, (the starters), wanted to see how the other digimon were in 1 on 1 battles.
3. fleeing was very hard to do
4. very hard to gain items from digimon, even using picking claw and other item stealing moves
5. Leveling up took far too long and was a bit boring trying to raise them
6. took quite a long time in saving and loading a game
7. Cardmon was the biggest pain ever, kept fleeing and, if he does attack, the attack lowers your stats until you go to an Inn
8a. The TP points. you could only get 5 extra by leveling up, or finding them on digimon, which was very fustrating. cant remember the digimon you find them on though.
8b. Training itself. i once did a training with TP10 on defense, and the digimon got all X's. even on Super Training, the rate at which you fail each training part is increased, and if you want to go for the whole throttle (OOO Flashing) its a very low chance that you will pass the training. i always chose the manual training, and after that, i never got 5 O's, it was either 3 O's 2 X's, or 4 O's and 1 X's.

for one u can get other digimon besides ur 3 starters you would of had to get there DDNA and give teh DDNA to the researcher looking for it and he would give u a digimon. and the cardmon thing, if ur digimon were at a high enough level u could kill cardmon is one hit; i was able to kill him(mega form) in one hit w/ my kyukimon at lvl 99<<< and starter kotemon at level 90. And training u could easily get all O's. i was able to easily all u have to do is either keep pressing O when training or dont press n e thing at all, either way getting 3 O's was easy to do.

To me, it sounds a lot like you found it too hard. I wouldn't really see the point of playing it if it was easy. Also, how does the amount of time it takes to save and load a game determine it's quality? <_<

well, the saving and loading took far too long, i am not mentioning its quality in game with this reason.
when i played it, i picked team b, the attacking team. Monmon was the easiest to raise, whereas Agumon was the hardest. Agumon took too long in raising it to the next level. it was usually double the EXP that Monmon needed to level up. I beat the game eventually.

first of all saving has nothing to do w/ how good a game is. based on what your saying u think it is way to hard and to all honesty DMW3 is the easiest out of all the DMW games. leveling up is leveling up in pokemon, the training gym is easy as hell, and getting new digimon is easy too.

I just don't get how the time it took you to raise Agumon has anything to do with the game's quality. As you progress, the game is supposed to get harder and require more patience. That's in just about any game.

well not rly i was able to beat the game no problem. w/ agumon u just have to fight every fight and not run to make it lvl up faster. lolz when i beat the game i had lopmon and the only way 2 get lopmon is 2 get every starter digimon ^-^

Personally, I chose the balanced set with Kotemon. The game was more in between easy and hard for me. Lopmon? I didn't get one of those...then again I didn't get all the starters. <_<
only wat 2 get lopmon is to get evry starter digimon from each pack plus veemon. and only way to get all starters plus veemon is to get there DDNA from researchers. to get the DDNA u have to go fight the ulmitate lvl digimon of the DDNA ur trying to get (example if u want kotemon's ddna u have to find the reasearcher who talks about kyukimon and go fite kyukimon and get his ddna.) u only get lopmon after u get all starters and veemon so it is challenging.

Sorry for the argument.

i havent really heard from the 6th one, but i have seen Digimon Data Squad, it looks like there is so many commands you can give to the digimon, possibly more than 25. i have seen the battles in it, and i think it looks awesome.

didnt like the data squad game. got repetitive and tidius w/ all the random battles that u cant run from unless ur digimon is like depressed or watever. and not only that but the game WAY to easy. i beat the game w/o even dying once.
