And just to say for the dub... I think Suzaku and Lulu's voices should be switched. XDDD
So, you're another one of those people who thinks that Johnny Yong Bosch should play Suzaku and Yuri Lowenthal should play Lelouch? It wouldn't be playing against type, then. I actually wrote a series of op-ed pieces on the whole voice acting issue in my LiveJournal; just read them and the other article I linked to, and all shall be made clear.

I love his hair, it's so perfect. xD
I love his ass. I also fell in love with the manic laugh his...I swear, I almost died! <3

I hope to hear his evil laugh soon. I still need to watch Episode 2 of Code Geass. ^^; Lulu is a awesome guy. The one thing I like about him is his eyes and the way he wants to change the world the way he wanted it. ^^

Well, episode 2 is streaming on Adult Swim's website until this Friday. I don't care what the rest of you say, Johnny Yong Bosch's evil laugh is awesome.

Yeah I was a little too late to watch the Japanese version. ^^; And I really don't want to go back and start. If it is too late for me it is too late. The dub is just fine. I love it! :3 When the episodes will be available on DVD, I will get to watch it in Japanese too. So I will get to hear Lulu's wonderful voice in Japanese and English.

Yeah that is true. But already the second season is out and by that time, I am already way behind.

Well the anime is licensed anyway, I thought maybe I won't find the Japanese version anywhere else other than DVD. But of course other fansub groups will keep on going. That is the good thing.

I really don't have the time to watch the Japanese version now. I am sorry.

I am getting way out of topic there. Whoa...switch.

Do you think Lulu is evil or good?

Ahem, he's good no duh. I mean if you watched the anime longer, it's obvious he wants to change the world to make a better place. At least that's true.... I think xD;;

The dub is good, imo, it's actually one of the best dubs I've ever heard. But I just think Suzaku and Lulu's voices should be switched still... ^^;
once upon a time there was a boy named kisa.

Most of us like to believe that Lelouch Lamperouge is fighting for the greater good. However, you all know about how the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Also, have any of us considered the possibility that Lelouch might actually be playing into his father's hands?

The Emperor is obviously enamored with strength, and, as he's the strongest fellow around, he's enamored with himself as well. It seems natural that a man of such standards and such ego would care deeply about his legacy; he wouldn't be satisfied with anything less than the perfect heir, a person as powerful, as ruthless, as similar to himself as possible.

But the traditional line of succession is based on birth order, not strength, and the prescribed crown prince is something of a wimp. Schneizel's too honorable, Clovis is a fop, Cornelia's not usually bright outside of combat, and the less said of Euphemia, the better. You had to go down seventeen rungs before you got to young Lelouch, a willful chessmaster almost as sociopathic as his dad - almost, but not quite. He was the closest to ideal, but there was no way that the traditional system would get him anywhere the throne.

So the Emperor kicked the kid out of the system, by arranging (or staging) Marianne's death, rendering Nunnally an invalid, and publicly disowning Lelouch, who thus grows up to be both self-reliant and extremely angry. When he gets older and achieves the fullness of his natural genius, he "coincidentally" receives Geass powers like his father's. Dad and lad!

If all goes to plan, Lelouch's obsession with revenge will lead him to master his powers, shed those last few moral scruples, and take the Britannian throne by main force. Then the Emperor can die happy in the knowledge that an appropriately magnificent bastard will pick up where he left off.
