The Lineup

Bronzong @ Damp Rock
Relaxed
Levitate
252 HP, 52 Att, 204 Def
Moveset
Hypnosis
Earthquake
Gyro Ball
Rain Dance

Sets up Rain Dance, walls and puts foes to sleep very nicely. Gyro Ball there with EQ to hit hard.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant
Intimidate
252 HP, 98 Att, 80 Def, 60 Sp Def, 20 Spd
Moveset
Rest
Dragon Dance
Sleep Talk
Waterfall

Sleep talking 'Dos so I can get full restoration and a chance to gain more power (Dragon Dancing) and hitting with Waterfall. Only one attack, but with Rain and Dragon Dance, it should KO lots of stuff.

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Naughty
Swift Swim
150 HP, 53 Att, 187 Spd, 120 Sp Att
Moveset
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Draco Meteor
Ice Beam

Swift Swimming, RainDancing Kingdra is something I always wanted to try out. Outspeeds almost everything bar +nature Scargar (Aquille for the info)

Starmie @ Petaya Berry
Modest
Natural Cure
172 HP, 122 Sp Att, 216 Spd
Moveset
Ice Beam
Recover
Thunderbolt
Surf

Decided to make it BoltBeam, Timid and with all invested in HP, Special Attack, and Speed.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Bold
Water Absorb
188 HP, 252 Def, 70 Sp Att
Moveset
Surf
Ice Beam
HP [Electric]
Wish

Wishporeon with a bulky set. HP Electric for them annoying Gyarados', Ice Beam and Surf for attack. Wish is Wish and works nicely.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Relaxed
Sturdy
252 HP, 68 Att, 190 Def
Moveset
Toxic Spikes
Earthquake
Rapid Spin
Explosion/Rest

Having a tough time deciding between Explosion or Rest. Explosion is good for taking out those annoying Poke's that are nigh undefeatable in my team's case. Rest for restoring HP and tanking attacks.

Okay, what I see is a huge Electric weakness right off the bat (3x, Starmie, Gyarados & Tentacruel). You may think that Electivire might help, but the pure physical set is walled by many common walls. (BTW, only Jirachi uses Thunder in OU)

Tentacruel is a utility, not specifically a special wall. It can't take Super-effective hits well and has no recovery move. I would ditch it for a better special wall (Blissey or RestTalk Lax), and lead with Bronzong. Bronzong should have Damp Rock.

Kingdra has a poor physical movepool, you should use the MixDra wallbreaker set if you want to use it,

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Naughty, 168 Atk/252 SpA/88 Spd
(I would run 252 Speed (actual stat, not EVs) for D-E, but its your choice)
Rain Dance/Ice Beam or Surf
Draco Meteor
Waterfall
Ice Beam/Surf

The Starmie set is not good, as Petaya Berry requires a lot of luck to pull off, and Starmie's role is not that of a special sweeper, rather it is that of a counter to a lot of the hard-hitters.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Timid, 172 HP, 120 SpA, 216 Speed
Ice Beam/Rapid Spin
Thunderbolt/Rapid Spin
Surf
Recover

Bronzong won't survive long without Wish support as it has no reliable recovery move. I would recommend a better physical wall, maybe something that can phaze effectively to prevent random Ninjask sweeps.

Skarmory/Gliscor/Forretress, Skarm and Forry > Gliscor to prevent stuff from abusing Rain Dance on you.

I find Bulkydos contrary to what you are attempting to pull off - a Rain Dance sweep. If you want to use Gyarados, either use the RestTalk set or don't use it at all.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant, 252 HP, 96 Atk, 80 Def, 60 SpD, 20 Spe

Waterfall
Dragon Dance
Rest
Sleep Talk

to prevent stuff like Gengar messing up your whole team.

Vire is not a good choice as most battlers come prepared to deal with it. I would suggest a better physical attacker, as the most potent Electivire set is arguably the mixed set, TB/Flamethrower/HP Ice/Cross Chop.

You may want to go all-out offensive here, but generally your team shouldn't be over-reliant on the Rain. That you pull off decently except that your team had no good means of walling.

Your setup should look like:

Bronzong/Physical Wall/Special Wall/Kingdra/Starmie/Gyarados or Electivire

Would Milotic and Snorlax fair better here? Or should it be Blissey and Lax? Or should it be Skarm/Milotic.

Could Vaporeon work at all? I'm interested in your suggestions.

Moveset
Confuse Ray/Ice Beam/Toxic/Sludge Bomb
Surf
Rapid Spin
Rain Dance/Giga Drain for something to hit swampy.

Special Wall and Stat alterer. Confused at what to add in slot 1, but I'm content with the last three. Spins any traps away and gets the Rain Dance started. Surf is there to cause some damage.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant
Intimidate
212 HP, 100 Att, 98 Def, 100 Spd
Moveset
Ice Fang
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Waterfall

Beastly, bulky, and bad, this thing is really nice coupled with Intimidate. Went with Ice Fang over Beam since it has a monstrous Attack stat. GDos should never run Ice Beam. Dragon Dancing with Rain Dance and it can rip through unprepared teams.
This could actually work. Consider fitting in Taunt.

Kingdra @ Leftovers
Adamant
Swift Swim
252 Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Moveset
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Draco Meteor
Ice Beam/Return/Substitute/Rest

Just no. Special or Mixed set please. At the moment, he's just being Mini-Gyara with DM.

Kingdra @
Modest | Swift Swim
< 252 SAtk, 216 Spd, 40 Atk >
~ Draco Meteor
~ Waterfall
~ Ice Beam
~ Surf/Dragon Pulse.

Kingdra is also bulky enough to consider using it as extra Rain Dancer.

Swift Swimming, Dragon Dancing Kingdra is something new. Outspeeds almost everything after 2 or 3 Dragon Dances. Waterfall and Draco Meteor hurt enemies.

Starmie @ Leftovers/Expert Belt
Modest
Natural Cure
252 Spd, 252 Sp Att, 6 Sp Def
Moveset
Ice Beam
Recover
Hydro Pump/Surf
Thunder

Straight from Serebii.net I got this set. But I'd like to see what you guys think. Thunder's here since Rain Dance guarantees a hit. Recover to keep being an annoyance. Petaya Berry makes my Thunder nearly OHKO to neutral parties.

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Adamant
Motor Drive
6 HP, 252 Att, 252 Spd
Moveset
Thunderpunch
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
Earthquake

"OMG lol, 100 thunder accuracy FTW" Wrong. Switches into electric attacks better than Swampert can and since it's Attack stat is crazy, I'm using Thunder and Ice punch. Cross Chop for darn Blisseys and Snorlax's. EQ for other Electivires I can hopefully outspeed.
Hi, I'm Swampy and I wall you, plus nothing so far hits me for SE. Take Aquillae's set.

Bronzong @ Leftovers/Wet Rock
Relaxed
Levitate
252 HP, 52 Att, 204 Def
Moveset
Gyro Ball
Earthquake
Hypnosis
Rain Dance
Info in Bold...

Forretress would fit nicely on your team. He resists Grass x4 and Rain cuts his only weakness, fire.
You also need some walls that can Heal. Vaporeon? (Wish Support and water absorbs stops Rain abuse.)
Think over the team structure again.

Both Tentacruel and Bronzong need the extra bulk Lefties gives them. It is viable on Bronzong, though...

Go with Archer on Tenta, it does shock if you're not expecting to be Gd'd.

I've decided to ditch 'Cruel for Vaporeon since it has the ability to Wish and is a pretty cool tank. I'm ditching 'Vire for Foretress, since it can Rapid Spin and has little weaknesses and sets up rocks.

I like the edits to the team, but there are some changes I outlined in my first post that you should take into consideration.

First of all, your new edit still retains the Electric weakness, especially considering that nothing in your team can switch in on an Electric attack, bar Bronzong which would be worn down due to lack of recovery.

I don't see Forretress fitting on this team, as a Rain Dance team is primarily offensive, and to be honest, I can't see Forretress dealing with most physical threats you might face. Forretress shouldn't be utilised because of its 4x Grass resistance and 4x Fire being less due to Rain. Most special attacks will already do a decent number on it, and the pokemon who use Grass Knot in OU have something to deal with Forretress.

253 speed with 188 EVs (504 with Swift Swim) is the max Kindgra should run. Kingdra isn't going to stay around and DD in the rain, it already outruns everything with Swif Swim bar +nature ScarfGar, >base 120 Scarfers.
Ditch DD, and put Rain Dance.

Starmie wants Leftovers > Petaya, it isn't primarily a sweeper, and cannot be expected to sweep stuff with the Petaya boost.

Vaporeon wants HP Electric > Toxic, to prevent Gyarados from setting up, and also prevents Metagross and stuff from coming in on the Toxic.

I feel that you cannot effectively depend on Vaporeon's Wishpass to heal your walls.

I would fit in something to deal with the Boltbeamers that will tear through your team. I would suggest Magnezone to deal with them, between Gyara and Magnezone you would have a resistance to every single type in the game.

Strong special attackers also pose a problem to this team as not much of your team can take special attacks well. I would recommend Blissey to use on your team, and another wall over Forretress. I feel Gliscor would be a suitable choice.

WishBlissey can go over Vaporeon. About Magnezone mentioned earlier, if you don't like the stally feel of your new team, feel free to drop a wall for Magnezone.

Did I keep Petaya Berry on Starmie? I changed it a long time ago, forgot to edit.

Magnezone sounds good. I guess I should drop Forretress. A set would be appreciated.

I kinda wanna keep Vaporeon. Water absorb plus immense HP (I know Blissey > it in every way, but I kind of don't like it)

So, I'll drop Forry for Zone, but I need a set.

When I suggested Magnezone I didn't intend for you to drop Forretress. You really need a decent counter to ScarfCross and SDLuke, and Gliscor does the job perfectly.

I felt that Magnezone would be a nice addition to this team, but I didn't see where it would fit in unless you would drop Bronzong/Vaporeon.

I found that if both Gliscor and Starmie are on the team, the role of Vaporeon becomes almost redundant, and Blissey fits the bill for Wishpassing and special walling.

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Modest
168 HP, 252 SpA, 88 Spe

Thunderbolt
HP Ice
Substitute
Magnet Rise
