If you want a Scarfer, I'd suggest Roserade over Venasaur here. Rose also learns Shadow Ball, which allows it to Threaten Gengar.

Miltank @ Leftovers
Impish
Thick Fat
EV: 252 HP, 224 Defense, 32 Speed
~Body Slam
~Zen Headbutt
~Heal Bell
~Milk Drink

Trying to outspeed TTar seems unnecessary, since you can't hurt the guy. So I'd suggest sticking with 16 Speed EVs to outspeed Breloom. =P
Also, you may want to invest in a little attack, so Miltank's 80 Base Attack is less of a liability.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Calm
Marvel Scale
EV: 252 HP, 232 Special Defense, 24 Special Attack
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Hypnosis
~Recover

I feel Milotic should realy go bold with Defense EVs, since her movepool suggests an anti-dragon set, and Marvel Scale bolsters defense further. Milotic wants 124 Sp.Attk EVs if it wants to OHKO Garchomp with Ice Beam every time. Other than that, looks good.

Infernape @ Expert Belt
Jolly
Blaze
EV: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
~Flare Blitz
~Swords Dance
~Close Combat
~Thunderpunch

Personally, I feel ape is best mixed, but I'm not stopping you. You have plenty of Special Attackers.

~~

Mamoswine @ Leftovers
Adamant
Snow Cloak
EV: 252 Attack, 124 HP, 132 Defense
~Curse
~Earthquake
~Avalanche
~Ice Shard

I haven't much Experience with Mamoswine, so I can't say much. Consider Roar, it's one of the most useful moves in the game and stops things setting up on you. It also renders ninjask 100% useless.

Mesprit @ Leftovers
Modest
Levitate
EV:252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 4 HP
~Calm Mind
~Thunderbolt
~Ice Beam
~Psychic

Don't have much mespirit experience, but I can see it's walled by Magnezone. That's not a problem, since your team has it covered well.
Some Gyarados weaknesses here and there, but nothing serious. What's more pressing is a colossal weakness to this (once the grass scarfer is down):

Naive Infernape @ Life Orb
24 Attack, 252 Sp.Attk, 232 Speed
Nasty Plot
Flamethrower
Grass Knot
Close Combat.

I'd like to point out you have only two pokémon that exceed Ape's speed (and only 1 pokémon that exceeds Base 110), which means you're vulnerable to high speed threats such as Gengar, Infernape, Weavile, Azelf, Zapdos, Raikou, Sceptile, など. Furthermore, you lack much in the way of stopping sweeps. I would advise the use of Roar in order to stop things setting up (Sub+Calm Mind for example), or Thunder Wave in order to slow down/cripple sweepers who are just too fast.

may i perhaps suggest this as a replacement to mespirt

[email protected]
focus sash/life orb
Evs-252 sp atk/speed
~nasty plot
~psychic
~thunder bolt/ice beam
~explosion/hp fighting

azelf is a great sweeper and is packing nasty plot so it can boost much quicker.i prefer ice beam as a way to get rid of dragons but thunder bold gets rid of gyrados. your option for explosion or hp fighting is also up to you.explosion if you want to get rid of blissey, hp fighting is to get rid of t tar. its all your choice i just suggest azelf over mespirt.

I also believe there should be more hp evs on mamoswine. Situations change and you may be facing a physical sweeper at one point, then a special sweeper so i would add more hp evs to mamoswine that way your not concentrated in just one area.

I also suggest getting a rapid spinner. everything on your team gets ate by toxic so thats an option.Maybe if you wanted you could replace mamoswine with an adamant donphan. this way you have rapid spin and also ice shard still. Donphan can also act as a phazer if you wanted the option of roar.

Azelf cannot learn Ice Beam I don't think. Thanks for the advice though everyone.
