So says the guy who doesn't understand the definition of walls..
By the way, Starmie isn't even bulky O.o
Celebi isn't going to cut is as an only wall. Tyranitar would come in and Pursuit Celebi to death, same thing with U-Turners like Scizor. Moreover, Celebi does have the weakness to Dark and Fire attacks, letting Infernape and Lucario run over Celebi easily.
Big SDLuke weak - it can come in on Celebi and happily SD up and proceed to rape. Starmie is the only member of the team that is faster than Lucario, even then an SDed Life Orb Extremespeed does 84.38538% - 99.33555%, and OHKO with Rocks down.
Mixape weak on 5/6 members of the team - Mixape outspeeds and OHKOs. Having a team heavily weak to one pokemon and throwing in a counter wouldn't do much to help given that once Starmie is down, Mixape will be ripping through your team.
DDTyranitar weakness, as Tyranitar could come in for free on Celebi/Blissey and DD up, outspeeding Heracross and Starmie and scoring quick OHKOs.
MixVire also has fun with this team able to come in on Bliss' Twave and proceed to outspeed everything you got.
SDYacheChomp also can wreak some havoc KOing Starmie and proceeding to SD/Outrage up on Celebi/whatever.
No phazer means Sub/SD Ninjask gets away with stuff fairly easily.
Heracross is not a good lead. It will be completely walled and OHKOed by the most common starters, and leading with Heracross is not advantageous and will not help you score a surprise KO because of the obvious lack of speed.
The stuff that you are going to pursuit would be Hypnotising you early on in the game, so why take the risk?
Leading with Machamp may be preferred to run over the Hypnotisers first turn and to activate Sleep Clause.
Heatran is not a wall. Period. Heatran has a lot of useful resistances but a crippling weakness to Ground and to Fighting, making running Def pointless. I don't feel Heatran should be played as a wall in your team and should assume a more offensive role.
Go with ScarfTran.
Recover on Starmie is not wasting time. That is probably the first time I heard someone say that, and if I was mean I would have sigged it by now. The reality is Starmie has decent but not great defences, and its speed and movepool allow for a lot of free turns to use Recover. Please don't run a DeathStar strat, use Starmie to counter threats.
By the way, I find Rapid Spin redundant on Starmie considering that none of your team is weak to SR or would let a spiker/Tspiker set up.
Celebi should be replaced with a more appropriate physical wall, Gliscor would fit the bill . I would strongly suggest Machamp be replaced, as it isn't going to pose a threat to the opposition either way, and has no noticeable role on your team, besides absorbing sleep.
Blissey wants 148/252 Bold for Dugtrio, any SDef EVs are pretty much redundant given the fact that Bliss already has monstrous special defence. Protect > Twave so that you don't get raped while waiting for Wish. Natural Cure unless you somehow want 20% freeze rate on Ice Beam which is pretty stupid with Freeze Clause.
Lack of speed is what kills this team.
